No bedding provided for unwanted pull out.

No bedding provided for unwanted pull out. Asked for first floor, (in a wheelchair), given a room on the third floor! If you’re not a coffee drinker the grab and go breakfast offered nothing else! Double charged, only partial refund so far. The problems encountered were the properties fault not the booking agents. Pitiful experience. Cancelled second reservation.

Overall the room was good but the air conditioner wasn’t really blowing out cool air, The bathroom had a few issues, the staff was great but management gave me a hard time… The area was definitely great the places to eat and order from was good but traffic is definitely heavy around a certain time of the day which is what I tried to avoid…

Parking was good, shower was good.

Parking was good, shower was good. They seem to be out of everything; vending machine not working, no ice machine, no extra towels, one of the wash towels in the room was dirty. Entire building smelled old and moldy. Carpet was dirty, TV remote needed batteries. My son said he saw a large bug. Receptionist seemed miserable with her job. My husband said there was no breakfast that next morning. Two washers defective in laundry room. No soap for sale. Could not wait to leave.

    We loved the room.

We loved the room. It was "J" shaped which gave us plenty of room to move around and lots of window light. The pictures on the walls were of special places in Princeton. The staff were very friendly and we felt like they were glad that they could serve us. The breakfast had several choices and lots of everything. There was free parking close to the building.

We found the area easy to get around by car and simple to find destinations for walking, eating and shopping. We visited the NJ Grounds for Sculpture which is an incredible Garden and Sculpture museum. Art is both in the garden and in enclosed gallery spaces. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves there and will return.

The hotel is about 15 mins from Princeton University and Nassau Street where there are great places to dine and shop like Dinky Bar, Milk and Cookies, The lavender farm and the blended spoon. The Hotel is fully stocked with the essentials for a long stay. It is also located near groceries and restaurants. We stayed for four nights to visit nearby colleges. The location was perfect for us to take a train from Princeton Jct. to NYC we were there in an hour using NJ Transit. Also travelled to Philly on another day. Its safer and more economical than staying in those cities

Our stay at Homewood Suites in Princeton was amazing! After a long day of travel, we were welcomed with warm cookies and a complimentary bottle of water - so nice! Our room was clean, spacious and accommodating, with a kitchen, table, desk and couch. Perfect for traveling with my family. The morning breakfast was a wonderful spread of hot dishes and quick bites. The front desk was accommodating and cheerful over our entire stay. Can't wait to return when we visit Princeton again!

Lydia is an exceptional cook and devoted foodie. Makes her own yoghurt and harvests her own honey. And lives in the attic. What more could you want? Her breakfasts (the only meal she serves) is legendary in the area, at least among those who follow foodie legends. She made a special effort to obtain gluten free ingredients for my Celiac spouse, including GF flour for awesome pancakes. Our third stay and it's definitely our go-to place in the Princeton area now.

We traveled to the area for a triathlon. “Check-in” for the race was early and we would have missed breakfast. One receptionist stocked us up with breakfast items the night before the race! When we woke up, we saw that another receptionist had opened breakfast early because he realized that there were a lot of triathletes in the hotel. This was exceptionally great service!

Staff were very efficient and service-oriented. They understood that we were in a hurry and did their best to fit our schedule. Being surrounded by such people can make your stay pleasant! The surroundings are beautiful, all green and quiet. Breakfast was excellent, fresh and crispy croissant and muffin, omelette with mozzarella all arranged in a nice way on the plate.

We were there for a gala celebration of a program for which we were on the board for over 20 years. The gala itself was well-supported by the hotel, the rooms were comfortable and very convenient especially as we had our two-year-old grandson and his parents in tow. He particularly enjoyed the indoor pool.
