For the price, the Inn provided everything one could hope for - a reasonably nice, clean room with a large bed, and all the "essential" amenities - fridge, microwave, coffee maker. The location is good for exploring Chincoteague and Assateague. The night was quiet.

It’s too old . Bathroom was very old. It might have been clean . But being old with stains everywhere made it look dirty . There was no breakfast in the morning. Just coffee . That tasted horrible. There was no toilet paper in there he bathroom. The smell in the room was horrible. Very moldy smelling . Even after keeping the air conditioner on all night. In the winter . I will never pick econolodge again no matter what the price . Plus I will not recommend it to anybody.
Comfortable bed nothing else. I booked on internet stated I had a very small dog this is a dog friendly hotel. Never once was there a mention of FEE for dog until I got to front desk!!! 20.00 dollars outrageous!!!! Was told there was NO free breakfast due to covid, absolutely a lie every hotel has free breakfast at this point ( September 23 2021) proprietor is just cheap and could not understand his thick Indian accent terribly disappointing would never use this hotel again
Nothing this hotel was by far the dirtiest I’ve ever seen. The shower head black with mold and walls filthy with dirt. Water damage around the door and at the bottom of the wood by mini fridge black mold along the wood. Flys all in the lobby very unclean place
coffee is good. breakfast is awesome. chobani yoghurt, egg and omelet, toast and bagel, pastry and fruit. better than all other hotels that are at same price level. worth the money.
Nothing. Hotel was dirty, we killed 2 cockroaches, the door didn’t shut all the way and the noise was terrible as they let people party outside our room all night.
Leaving knowing that I would rather spend $300 a night than to stay with them. To their credit hotels in this area are close to 40% more than most areas
