Such a cute little town, you have a huge restaurant selection and many cute stores and boutiques to shop at. Very friendly people and refreshing to see peoples faces and smiles! The purpose of our trip was to go to Mavericks country bar for line dancing and live music. What a gem of a place with a crowd of folks in their 20's all the way to people in their 70's. People if all walks of life enjoying dancing and music and good company.

Horrible customer service, the management is absolutely horrible. Was locked out of my room for three hours with no assistance, the elevator did not work for a week. Overall it was the worst hotel stay that I have ever experienced in my life!

We planned to eat @ The Beer Baron Whisky Bar however, we were treated poorly by the staff there. No seating after waiting for 20 mins and waiter and waitress kept ignoring us for another 30 mins..... Not a friendly place for sure.

Great stay and service Best room for a larger group and at an amazing rate. Breakfast buffet was free and surpassed those of most hotels we have stayed at. This is definitely our go to place whenever we are in the Bay Area.

All in all, my family have thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations at Marriott Pleasanton. The waitstaff and employees are all wonderful, with the exception of the front desk staff, which have a tendency of being very unwelcome and cool in demeanor. Unfortunately, we have had multiple problems in this regard, which makes my family likely to choose an alternative Hotel in future.

We chose this hotel because of its location and it was great not only for the location but the room was a good surprise. Don´t be fooled by the old fashioned facade and small lobby, the room was great, with everything a grand hotel has, and very clean. Also, all the staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good and complete (although after several days I would appreciate more options). For the rate we paid, we got what we expected and more. Very convenient.
The beds are so comfortable and they have a wide range of room types from large lavish suites to regular rooms with little special touches such as chocolates with bed turn down, candle for the jacuzzi bath, and a spiral notebook with pen on the desk. However, the hotel is beginning to look its age. Worn bedspread, grout missing on tile, and rugs that have had multiple cleanings. But it remains a very beautiful hotel with lots of amenities in a great location.
Staff at hotel weas great and super helpful! People working there were welcoming, friendly and smiling.
We were travelling with a baby and were offered a crib to put in our room! That was so helpful!

Wonderful Hotel. Beautiful decor and facilities. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Comfortable beds and quiet. Some reviews on here said road noise was bad, I did not notice this at all. I stayed on mountain view side and heard nothing. Glad I decided to try for myself and was very pleased. Breakfast was delicious. Will stay again. Very nice!
The room was clean. Housekeeping did an awesome job as well. The free breakfast was decent. What I like the best was the customer service.
I had a plumbing issue during my stay and they took care of it right away and continuously checked on me to make sure everything was fine which I really appreciated.
This is my go to hotel when in the East Bay. Great place to meet clients. Safe comfortable and lots of parking, Bart is near by so it is easy to get to San Francisco. They are conveniently across from the mall so many eating choices just footsteps away.
The pool and spa were the best part. The pool was heated to the perfect temperature. The spa was big enough you were not crowding other people. The location of the hotel was good and easy to get to many locations.
The staff was very welcoming and the room was spacious with a comfortable bed. Having a restaurant in the hotel lobby was convenient for a morning breakfast.
