I have stayed here before and I enjoyed my stay as well this time too. Very clean friendly place. Liked the fact that they sold frozen dinners to cook in your room. I had a very nice time relaxing.

Piqua was a small town, lots of semi-trucks, and from what we saw, not very clean. After the horrible experience in the Red Roof Inn, we left and went on to Troy, Ohio. Troy is beautiful with plenty of restaurants, clean, and very friendly people.
The location was excellent and the fact that it was attached to a shopping mall was a bonus. The indoor pool was perfect for my 8y.o. to splash and exert some energy. It was very budget friendly for the overall experience. We did not try the breakfast, as we went to Troy to try the Lincoln Square Restaurant.
This was one of 16 different hotels we stayed in during this holiday and was the cheapest by a long way but was fine for a transit stop over. The cracker barrel next door was just what we needed and very convenient
Good location for the purpose of my stay in Piqua (near I-75) and to continue my journey to Covington, KY. Coffee available in morning during checkout. Waffle House nearby for late night or early morning dining-in.
This is a clean hotel that even smells clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are plenty of choices for breakfast that were all good. There's also lots of restaurant choices nearby.
Hotel is nice and pretty clean. Location is okay - hotel is attached to a mall which is mostly empty, which I found to be really unsettling but hotel itself was fine
When booking full breakfast was mentioned on Hotels .com. Bagged breakfast was given the 2nd day as was never mentioned on the first day. Sign is at the check in!!!
