The owner was very informative. Great communication. The place was very comfortable, clean and well stocked (although we didn’t use most of it). Perfect for family that would be cooking and serving meals. The dog park was a bonus.

We have stayed there before. It was obvious they are short staffed and struggling to keep up. We experienced the time before this stay that the rooms were not ready by 3:00. We arrived after 5 and got right in, but there were other people waiting in the lobby.I know help is hard to find in these troubling times. Hopefully that will improve.
The bathrooms are poorly lit. It would be nice to see those improved.

It was a wonderful place.
It was a wonderful place. Many places including restaurants are within walking distance. Also, wineries along the Seneca Trail are in proximity to the Hotel. We ate at the Keuka Restaurant (reservations recommended) and had a delicious meal. The service was great.

Bathtub was plugged room wasn't swept from pervious guest there was food along the bedside where comforter hangs view of lake was good and sunset need more fire pits should of got a discount on breakfast since it was just a plain brown bag

Through no fault of the hotel, the town if Penn Yan lacked decent restaurants. The view from our hotel room was beautiful and the location was very convenient for touring the many wineries in the area.

We came specifically for the Windmill.
We came specifically for the Windmill. It was a little disappointing in light of how it looks online but we enjoyed the day. We had dinner at the Keuka - good food, good service. Enjoyed lunch at the Penn Yan diner which deserves it's high rating. Loved the shops on Main Street. It was easy getting around. Would like to return in summer and take advantage of the lakes.

Great historic small town flavor with all the conveniences. Much to see within walking distance. Beautiful lake and park, walking trail, decent restaurants around, boat rentals very nearby. Centrally located if you're looking to tour the Finger Lakes area.
The size of the room was great. the pillows & bed were very comfortable. No shortage of hot water in the shower. The microwave in the room is a total bonus! Enjoyed the small table in the room also so we could enjoy a meal without having to sit on the bed like most hotels. Highly recommend.
Excellent value for money. Large, clean room with comfy beds. Good pool and hot tub. Laundry with free soap / dryer sheets. Good breakfast with hot / cold drinks available in the lobby 24/7. Benjamin at reception was very friendly and welcoming and knowledgeable of all the hotel facilities.
The hospitality especially with Nigel at the front desk was the best you could ask for! The breakfast was very good, and the fresh baked chocolate chip cookies is a nice touch. The beds are comfortable and like we have 4 pillows, first time I've slept well in a hotel.
The hotel is centrally located with plenty of parking. Our room was clean with plenty of towels, liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner. My husband loved the cookies in the lobby, which was a really nice treat. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was delious! The staff was very friendly. The waiter in the restaurant was very accommodating. We walked in with 12 people and he put tables together for us and he waited on us very efficiently and friendly.

Breakfasts were great! The location is terrific for exploring so much of the Finger Lakes area. Every place we wanted to go was about 30 minutes or less away. Innkeepers so knowledgeable about the area.
The biggest room we ever had! I would pay double for such a space. If you want to visit all Finger Lakes, you can use your hotel as main base and just travel from it to needed location.
The location was the perfect home base for our wine / brewery / cidery tastings. There was a wide variety of great locally owned restaurants within minutes of the property.
Great location, perfect for exploring the surrounding area. Very cozy inside. Love finding unique places to stay and this didn’t disappoint! Super clean and a great shower!
