Located near shopping areas but was quieter than Houston. Beautiful homes and many lush, inviting parks. Getting to and from shopping areas were easy. I only went approximately 1 1/2 miles and was able to get everything I needed or wanted. I enjoyed shopping at JCPENNEY, went to Walmart, enjoyed the crawfish boil and chicken wings at LA Crawfish. Also went to Olive Garden and was very impressed with the service and food.

I was born and raised in Houston and thought that Pearland was just a little town. We no longer live in the area but returned for a funeral. We were surprised by how developed it is. Very nice city with plenty of shopping, restaurants and things to do.

The town was quiet and seem to be safe area. Pearland was conveniently by the event I was attending in Houston. The food I tried was amazing, a soul food restaurant by the name of Mikki's Soul Food. It was soooooo good. I will be getting it again.

Bad I was disappointed the staff the next day made me very up set and I made a complaint and I think they just tried to cover it up and the manager need to take things more seriously because if she don't yall going to lose a lot of business, because customer service it one of the most important ways to keep your customers won't to come back and when I read the customers review it had a lot of bad reviews not good for business and I made a complathe and didn't get a call back.
Everything was fine with the hotel stay. When I checked out the staff educated me on the fact that I would not be receiving my Diamond benefit of daily food and beverage credit or points for my stay since this was booked through booking . com which I was unaware... In spite of that, since I was unaware, they still credited my bill for my food and beverage purchases.
Clean, comfortable and very welcoming. Breakfast was good. The TV's a nice size, bed comfortable and the room included a microwave and small fridge. It's in a nice safe location that's conveniently near the highway and easy for the door dash drivers to find. Love the security and work out room. This is our hotel to stay at when visiting Houston.
Nice hotel in a quiet location. Reception was very helpful and professional. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. There was also a little sitting area with couch and coffee table as well as a desk, refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine.
Breakfast was very good with many hot and cold options.
For an older hotel - I found it very clean and service was friendly and helpful she did let me know that ice was only available on the floor above and below me. The breakfast was very good and had a lot of healthy options I thought.
Staff is friendly. Laundry facilities are great -- three washers and two dryers. Laundry facilities are free to use. Gym was well equipped. This hotel is in a nice area of town. The parking lot is convenient and well lit.
The hotel smelled bad the second we walked in the door. We should have turned around and left but it was late so we stayed one night and canceled the rest of our reservations. We had two rooms and both were disgusting.
The hotel and room were nicely updated. After leaving the hallway, the room is surprisingly quiet. The bed, pillows and sheets were comfortable. And the breakfast had a variety of items to choose from.
The breakfast had a great selection and tasty. The location was conveniently 17 min from the event I came for. The location was in a quiet neighborhood and was quiet at the hotel that was enjoyable.
