The woman we dealt with at check in at the desk was as about as friendly as a rock!
The young man I dealt with when I paid 4.50 for an ice cream bar 😠. He never even spoke to me.

This bugs me because I’m coming into your hotel spending a lot of money(we stayed 2 nights. Room was nice & clean but shower had no water pressure. Other than your unfriendly employees it was a great stay.
Just remember your employees represent your company.
I would be talking to them about it because that is a big turn off when paying Biden prices for EVERYTHING.
Makes ya not want to go anywhere and spend the LITTLE bit of money that we have. We checked in Friday and left Sunday.
