1st the door was wide open.There was only 2 towels in the room once entering the facility, I didn't complain but was charged $50 for towels that I never had to begin with

Crappy town with bizarre liquor laws(you can drink at bars but have to go a town over for a liquor store. Only 10 min drive.) The entire town seemed hostile to strangers(I am a Texan?). Lack of restaurants and bars. Could not wait to leave

Quiet town, found a great place for breakfast called Aunt Mary's. Most coffee shops (espresso) were not open on Sunday nor were a lot of restaurants. Not a lot of choice for restaurants. If we had more time we would've went downtown to check out the historic buildings and discover some restaurants.

Architecture of the downtown buildings and the beautiful old homes churches, and even the funeral homes made it so pleasant to drive around and site see. I liked downtown, the train depot, Eiffel Tower, and tombstone of Jesus wearing cowboy boots. A local newspaper staffer was very helpful to me when I met her at the Fountain, and folk in the restaurants I ate at were friendly. All but the newspaper staffer were senior citizens like me and spoke highly of the town. Sure wish someone would do something special with the old Sears & Roebuck store on the downtown plaza corner. Seems to have so much potential. I'll be back to visit. :-)

I was there for a event.
I was there for a event. The Geneses Book World Record of the longest Harley Davidson Parade. We brought it to the United States from Greece. That was the only great things about Paris Texas. And, of course Paris Harley Davidson for putting this event together. Also, my name is Debra not Debat. You can’t even get that right. But, did when it was time to pay the bill!

You must see the Eiffel Tower.
You must see the Eiffel Tower. And the Veterns Mermorial next door. They are both beautiful in their own way. The food at several of the restuarants is amazing. And the locals are polite and good natured.
I was in paris for a fishing tournament
My mistake, made the reservation a day early. Called 2 mins later and said I made a mistake. Did not want to help. Lost $128. Asked for the next day, said no...surprising. lol
Hotel was dirty, disgusting, and a terrible experience.

I stay there quite often, never any problems. I stay in maybe 20 motels a year , it is the cleanest. Today when I was leaving the cleaning lady was out sweeping up cigarette butts on the parking area . Staff very good.
The check in lady was very sweet and recommended a place for dinner. The room was huge and clean. The bed was very comfortable with the softest sheets I’ve ever slept on! Wonderful hotel.
The staff was great after a long day riding it was great having a staff so willing to accommodate our needs. The hotel is conveniently located. I absolutely recommend this place.
We were very surprised at the excellent quality of this hotel, due to the "old style" facility. It was very clean. It did need a minor repair to one night table.
