IF you are looking for modern upscale FL vacation, go someplace else. This area is very dated, traffic is terrible. There are plenty of beaches, they all look pretty much the same on the Gulf. This place was a resort, but more like an old school FL motel on the Gulf. Plenty of people staying, so I guess they all were first timers. I for one won't go back to this place. And by the way, I was born in FL and lived here most of my life so I feel like I have the right. I have seen so much better, I can't imagine why spring breakers would want to come here.

This place has everything at your fingertips while your at the hotel. Our family doesn’t have to leave once we arrive!!! Staff are great even when being disrespected by the entitled customers that seem to not have any home training growing up on how to treat others.

We walked in and it was hot in the room.
We walked in and it was hot in the room. The air unit in the bedroom wasn't working. Someone was supposed to look at it and never did. We like sleeping in the cool, it was not cool at all.
There were no chairs on the balcony. The shower was dirty.

Our condo was amazing.
Our condo was amazing. Very clean and had all the amenities you might need. Wish it had more bath towels so we didn't have to do laundry everyday. Had issues with our parking passes but it was resolved.

Traffic is a nightmare.
Traffic is a nightmare. You spend more time in the car driving than you do enjoying the area. It takes triple the time to get anywhere. Constant car accidents everywhere. Tourist trap. Constant red flags daily which makes it difficult to enjoy swimming for those who just want to swim.

We was in town for Gulf Coast Jam, we enjoyed the beach and the welcoming atmosphere. Lots of things to do with the kids and beautiful views by the water! We enjoyed the pier and pier park, dicks last resort, and salty pontoons! We did not eat out much due to expense for family of 5! We definitely plan to stay in a smaller condo next trip as we spent minimal time in the house!

The location on the beach. NOTHING about the hotel. The place was poorly staffed and ill informed. Only one towel in bathroom and had to ask twice for more towels. Reservation was for 3 adults. Asked for another pillow as the bed had only 2. No pillows available. Bed was made with bedspread under the top sheet so I had to remake the bed. Room was dirty. Asked for another blanket because third person had to sleep on couch. Got a lumpy, gross old comforter. Never will stay here again.
Oceanfront view with 4 seat table inside was nice. We sat as a family and ate dinner after a long trip. Very comfortable beds.Cold water dispenser provided down in the Lobby area was a plus. It made my day upon check out. Staff was very friendly & happy to talk with. They were cool especially after arriving from a long trip dealing with tornado warnings that delayed our departure. Plenty of stores & food nearby the hotel. It was very convenient.
I will say the location of the property is great. Really any hotel on the strip is great cause they all have beach access. This hotels is literally seconds away from the pier and Pier Park which has lots of stores, resultants, and entertainment. The staff was amazing and the drinks/food at the tiki bar were pretty good. The lobby and exterior seems to be remodel and eye appealing.
This hotel was definitely not what I expected from a Days Inn; it far exceeded my expectations!! The location and convenience to the beach are excellent!! We liked the pool and activities planned for families with children. Our room was clean and tastefully decorated. The staff was very friendly!! The continental breakfast was nice as well!!
Room was centrally located. I knew that it was a cheap room and that was okay. My trip was during the 4th and the price point was better than the others. It was clean and for 1 night not too bad. The owners were nice. AC worked great, and overall I was happy with the stay. The building is old but I didn't see any bugs.
I'm embarrassed to say I forgot his name. The gentlemen who checked me in was polite, kind and nothing short of fabulous. He is a huge asset to your organization, and his attitude would make your hotel my first and only choice when I return to Panama City Beach. Thank him for me!

Enjoyed packing the bags and leaving this prison cell of a room. I wouldn’t rent a homeless person this room just out of respect, absolutely disgusting. Don’t rent a room, if you do your throwing your money away even though it’s cheap no way in hell I’d stay here again.
I liked that the bunk bed area had its own separate television and was in a slightly separate area. I also found the shutters/blinds to be more convenient, for the balcony area, than having a curtain like most hotels/resorts have.
Vacationing in Florida, we stayed at Tarpon Springs, Ft Myers and Panama City Beach.Your hotel by far was the Best we stayed at. We give it a 10 in every category. Thank you so much for having such a wonderful hotel.❤️
