The mansion was absolutely beautiful and the staff were welcoming and attentive. The quiet personalized breakfast in the atrium was unbelievable!!! There was so much food and it was absolutely delicious. Our daughter attended a local university and we only wish we had discovered Gramercy earlier on in her time in the area as we surely would have stayed here each time.

Arriving was was a nightmare.
Arriving was was a nightmare. Staff was so rude stating "she was about to be off". The pool was dirty with floating hair. Had to ask for rooms close together when I messaged in advance more than once for this request. Room smelled like cigarette smoke. It says they have Starbucks but they just have Starbucks coffee which staff has no idea how to make. Bar overpriced. Most people went to liquor store across the street. The place is not worth coming. If it wasn't the host hotel for the dance competition I would have never stayed here. Definitely not coming here again. Only good thing I can say is the bed was clean.... I hope and the bed was comfortable enough.

My initial room had not been cleaned by housekeeping. The sheets were dirty and old beverages were left in the refrigerator. The room could not be identified because it was no sign to identify the room number. They were short staffed and had a shortage on towels which was requested early morning and never received until the last day prior to checkout after calling the front desk again.

Comfortable, clean room and a pleasant staff. Dog-friendly, which is a priority for us. We were there on a very busy weekend so check-in was hectic and took a long time. But otherwise, a very pleasant stay.

The ENTIRE staff ( valet, greeters, front desk, cleaning crew, Tillery workers) was “outstanding”!!🤗🤗 I must acknowledge Ms. Tierra (front desk) who checked me in. From the time I arrived up until the time I departed The Marriott, Ms. Tierra was very informative and extremely accommodating!! Her welcoming kind-hearted spirit assured me that I was in the right place to enjoy my mini vacation. BECAUSE OF HER, THAT’S EXACTLY WHAT I DID!! 🙏🏼🤗🥰 THANK you Tierra and thank you Marriott!! I can’t wait to return to your warm hospitality again !! 🤗😄

I like nothing about the place. It was not what I expected. The pillows smell like wet dogs, the curtains will not come down all the way and the shower head was very poor. The walks of the hotel are too thin, you could hear the other conversation and or whatsoever they were doing in their rooms. This place is not for working people especially if you need a good shower and a good night's sleep.
There was a man speaking foreign language in a loud voice beginning from 3am to 5 pm. I call the front desk to complain. The lady was courteous and promised to send security to the 8 floor to find out what the problem was. The man continued to shout and I couldn’t sleep till 5 am. Such incidents drive away people. I nearly missed my appointment because my sleep was disturbed and the hotel management were apathetic to the plight of the 8 th floor residents.
I liked that the check in was easy, the staff were all friendly, the facility was exceptionally clean inside and outside. It is very well maintained. The room had a nice layout. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the noise level was nil. Location is everything, and I could get to a variety of stores and restaurants within less than 0.7 miles. I also went to clean my car and just explore the area. Very safe and I really enjoyed myself.
Breakfast Was Delicious And Plentiful. Check In Person Was Very Friendly And Helpful. Room Was Modern And A Nice View. I Like The Fact That The Hotel Didn't Allow Pets. This Was The Main Reason I Selected This Hotel Considering People That Might Be Allergic And Keeping The Hotel Very Clean. I Truly Appreciated That. THANK YOU.
The young gentleman at the front desk check in had the MOST EXCEPTIONAL customer service I had ever come across in hospitality! I truly hope one day that young sir is running that hotel!! Every time I am in Baltimore I will stay here purely because of his customer service!
The room was spacious, easy to location( room & the hotel), bed was comfortable. Had a bar/lounge area in the lobby, parking was great. VERY convenient to everything. FREE wifi ( which i needed for work). The staff was helpful, nice & respectful.
The breakfast idea is good but staff did not keep it well stocked and they didn’t seem to want to accommodate when asked. I loved the size of the room didn’t feel so closed in that was my reason for choosing this hotel
