Property owner was extremely helpful in getting the room setup for our visit.
The staff was friendly....
The should of let people know the hot tub didn't work before paying .
You are paying for full service they should have stuff fixed.
Not sure why but the out side and pool area smelled like a sewer.
It is close to everything.

Ontario is not a very pleasant place, especially the roadside stops. Travelers do use hotels, restaurants, and gas stations here because it is a crossroads. But honestly, it's rough! It's run down! The hotels here are old and barely habitable.

Worst motel I've ever stayed in!
Worst motel I've ever stayed in! Dirty bedding, dirty floors, unbearably noisy AC forcing me to check out & sleep in my car only 2 hrs after I got there. Night staff was rude & unwilling to remedy the situation. I am requesting a refund.

Ontario, Oregon is a good place to stop for the night while on a road trip. Ontario is close to freeways, has several (non-fast food) restaurants to select from, and has many large retailers and services available.

Just staying the night on a multi-day road trip.
Just staying the night on a multi-day road trip. Surprised that Ontario is on the banks of the Snake, but no access to the river, no trail system to walk the river, or anywhere in town for that matter. Really no activity or outdoor place to go. So, just walked around Wal-Mart and the shopping center.

i had a wonderful stay,. Much much more than satisfactory.. I (would) recommend the Ontario, Ore. Super8 to anyone. The staff was so friendly, the room I was in, smelled clean, looked nice and tidy,. And I slept so well. Thank you again.. *****
I left my Kindle in the room at check out, and housekeeping turned it in to the main desk. I called to inquire if they had it (yes), and everyone was so supportive and wonderful. The Ontario Post Office brought over a flat rate box, and I sent an email to Sleep Inn in Ontario with a pre-paid label. They printed the label, packaged up my Kindle, and sent it off. I received it a few days later. Thank you everyone for going above and beyond!!! And thank you for being honest!!! We are definitely staying there again.
Ontario Inn was a very smart choice for me to stay at while on a solo road trip.
I arrived late, and asked for late contactless check-in, and the motel accomodated me and everything went smoothly.
I always try to stay at privately run, or smaller motels vs. the large chains, since I feel there is more of a personal touch, things are higher quality and not done in bulk. Really appreciate this motel.
What I DID like was , yes the room and hotel were comfortable and clean. Their items in the pantry to sell was a good variety of everything. I was able to get a complimentary shaver. When our drinks got stuck in the 3rd floor vending machine the staff reimbursed us with items from their snack corner store. The pool and hot tub were amazing. Perfect temp too. The kitchen dining was a very clean area.
We like the location, the full breakfast and the general cleanliness and convenience of Best Western hotels. We had stayed at this same hotel last week and decided to stay again on our way back from visiting family.
Location bad. Next to a busy road that cars drag raced until 1:00am. Breakfast poor. The cat in the office was very friendly and waked is to our room. He was the best thing about Ontario Inn
Yes we really like this hotel and have for years. It was clean and everyone was very nice. I love how clean the breakfast area is kept! But it makes me sad that you allow animals
The hotel had been renovated but is still rustic but very comfortable. No carpeting in the room, No closet. Still for one night it was pretty good and the people were great
