The hotel was In a great location, and although one of our requests wasn't able to be met (check out a 12 noon) the staff was super friendly, and accommodating. the hotel had a nice aesthetic and was close to may restaurants and bars.

Breakfast provided a good selection of a classic American breakfast. We would have liked more fruits.
Rooms were very clean, we were informed that room service is provided every other day (which was fine for us), the receptionist could have made it clearer, that we still need ask for it.

The hotel was nice, but not easy to find flying from Atlanta, to NYC the driving app was wrong, not hotel fault.
The restaurants were closed for renovation, not a plus. There was not breakfast with ordering for room, that would be in way of dressing, there could have been a simple donut or pastry in common area.
The parking was expensive and extra.
The room had an ant/insect on night table.
The room window had loose weatherstripping.
The air conditioning had to be worked on, which they finally did late in evening, after my friend for funeral travel was already in bed.
Check in is late and check out is relatively early.
Staff was kind and polite. The property is attractive.
The room was adequate, however, not a attractive as common areas.
The Fall scenes on video at check in were lovely. Thank you.

Boring upscale town, not a blessed thing to do except watch prosperous people parade down the main road in their Lululemon and Designer clothes. Yawn. I’m from an upscale neighborhood in NYC and we have more cafes, movies, stores, restaurants and anything else you can think of than there. One exception is Luganos restaurant. Beyond exceptional, the ONLY reason I would go back
The atrium and seating was our favorite place to relax. The tropical garden is stunning! Comfortable beds, lots of outlets, and a clean remote! Tv channel options were great, and super clean shower. Pool and hot tub were great, the towels were large and soft unlike other pool hotels. The bar and restaurant were closed but we were thankful you could still sit and eat so we didn’t miss out - the garden atrium was a big reason we stayed there!
Needed to stay in Greenwich for a family event, the Hyatt worked well. Fast and easy check-in, clean and quiet room facing atrium. Atrium is spacious and nice, would particularly shine in colder/wetter months, to have an outdoorsy climate controlled space to work/visit/eat.
Parking was very easy and convenient. Was looking forward to getting use out of the hot tub but it closed by they time we got back to the hotel. The room was amazing!
The fact I paid $18 to park my car myself is a joke. The plants and greenhouse make the entire hotel smell horrible. Smells like a gas leak. Not coming back
Used to stay here ALL the time 15 years ago. It was a cut above. Very comfortable then.
Now, it's like any old hotel — could be a Marriott or a Hilton.
