The room was large and clean. The bed was OK but the pillows were a little uncomfortable. They clean up the room all the days what is uncommon in the hotels weird from COVID.

The mattresses were firm and I usually prefer a pillow top, but these were very comfortable. No extra charge for parking.

We loved the design of the facilities - rooms on indoor hallways and abundant comfortable indoor seating (couches and rocking chairs) and comfortable lobby area. Parking available underground (although operated by a separate company and pretty pricey, it seemed comparable with other parking prices and it was super convenient. The staff manning the front desk and the chat feature on the app were always super helpful with any need or question we had!! Located very close to two above-ground T stops (St. Paul's; Kent St) also within walking distance to Coolidge Corner T stop. Walking distance to Trader Joes in one direction and Commonwealth Ave in the other.

Always feels like home! Great staff and comfortable accommodations. Awesome location for a visit to Fenway Park and/or to spend time with your child if they go to BU.

They went above and beyond to make me comfortable, and helped me navigate new territory though I travel often. They deserve a raise, and much more for their customer service.
