Tru By Hilton Ogden, Ut, hotel in Ogden

Located within a 11-minute walk of Ogden Eccles Conference Center and 5.4 miles of Golden Spike Arena, Tru By Hilton Ogden, Ut has rooms in Ogden.

It was nice, my only complaint was that we went to the ”free” breakfast and then noticed there were homeless also let in and eating the “free” breakfast. Also, one night walking to our room we noticed some homeless hanging out in the main down stairs and our room was on the main floor so that was not the most comfortable. Other than that the rooms were clean but for the reasons we would not come back.

Ogden is an EXTREMELY expensive place to visit or live.

Ogden is an EXTREMELY expensive place to visit or live. There is no other reason for us to visit there other than to visit our son, his wife, and baby. Would not recommend visiting otherwise. WAY too expensive.

The room was dark and could have used repairs. The baseboard was coming off near the window. The a/c was blowing fan air only. The breakfast was ok, but the items were not being replenished. The breakfast worker spoke no English. Beds were clean, front desk clerk was pleasant.

Room very scarcely furnished. Nothing provided for kitchen use such as dishes, silverware, pots, pans, but you could buy them. Ridiculous. Front office almost never staffed. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy!!!! Total thumbs down!

    The Ogden area is beautiful.

The Ogden area is beautiful. Wasatch Mountains are different than others and interesting to look at. For us it was easy to get together with family and get to an appointment in Salt Lake City with the closeness to the freeway. Many places to eat, with lots of good food. It was fairly easy for us to get around Ogden since we lived there for 16 years and come back to visit family whenever we can.

This particular best western pluse canyon pines in horrible. I would not recommend anyone going there. The hot tub was absolutely filthy, and the staff did not care. The manager on staff, Nicolas ,was very rude, unhelpful and frankly disgusting. The staff is very poorly trained.

Ogden is a great city and this hotel is in the perfect location to easily walk to restaurants and cute stores. We booked mainly to go to the Death Cab for Cuties concert as part of the Twilight series and was so happy to find out it was just a quick walk from the hotel. The hotel staff was also very nice and breakfast was great. The firepit outside was a nice treat. We would recommend this hotel to anyone for its value and location. It is a great value!

The best part about this hotel is the resturant they own next door, the Red Cactus. This is a hidden gem that should get way more attention. The staff is super nice and the food is excellent. They don't open until 5pm, the breakfast is also at the restaurant and it's the standard hotel breakfast. On our return trip we decided to stay there again because we liked the restaurant so much.

I booked this hotel based on proximity to Snowbasin and the fact they had a hot tub. First, the staff were friendly and so helpful especially with dining choices. The room was clean and confortable. The breakfast was an added bonus and especially that it was a full breakfast. I will definitely stay here on my next trip tp Snowbasin The location to Snowbasin was quick and easy

EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING. My husband and I went from Georgia to Oregon and this hotel was the best one out of them all and from previous experiences. They had breakfast and juices in the morning, the staff was pleasant and present when needed. The room was immaculate, clean, comfortable, and gorgeous. The directions were clear and the lobby was very inviting.

This place was a great deal for the price. Instead of a hotel room (which would have cost more), we had a full one bedroom apartment. While the unit was older, it was totally clean and comfortable. It was clear the owner cared about the place and our impression of the unit. Anyway, we were in unit one and found it solid.

My problem is not with the Inn it’s Booking.com. This Inn has cabins and they are not listed to book on Booking.com. It is very disheartening to show up thinking you booked a cabin when it was a room inside the hotel area. Booking.com needs more information. The Inn is very nice and the breakfast is amazing.

I stayed here to snowboard at Snowbasin. I chose the hotel because it is the closest place to stay, and the drive to the resort and back each day was straightforward and quick. The room was comfortable, the hot tub was wonderful and uncrowded each time I used it, and the breakfast was top-notch.
