Nothing everything about this place was a mess and it was in probably the worst shape of any hotel I've stayed at. It was under construction the entire time and was unfit to have people there. This place needs shut down and fixed before it should be rented.

Location was good albeit in an area that has pretty much gone out of business.
We were visiting Oberlin College (our daughter is applying).
We were visiting Oberlin College (our daughter is applying). The town of Oberlin itself has few hotels and they're all expensive. North Ridgeville is 15 minutes or less to Oberlin College, and we never even encountered any traffic. North Ridgeville also has plenty of places to eat and shop, if you need anything.
