Great location by a beautiful small harbour with lobster boats and food truck and lobster pound. Continental breakfast with fresh fruit, fresh baked blueberry scones, yogurt and excellent coffee, juice etc. large room with sitting area, A/C (it was 90 degrees outside!). Beautiful veranda.
