The service was friendly and bend-over backwards good. The owner let me use my room's bathroom immediately due to my urgency, rather than requiring check-in first. The room was exceptionally clean. Having a sofa, a queen-size bed, and a king-sized bed in the spacious room contributed to a truly exceptional stay.

Upon arrival Friday evening the Asian lady at the desk wanted to move us to a different room from the one we had booked online
We were given a room for three, my wife, me and our 13 year old granddaughter but there were only towels for one in the room
Had to go to the front desk and she gave us our towels
It was not a big problem
Breakfast area was nic and clean

The hot tub was broken, indoor pool was freezing.
The hot tub was broken, indoor pool was freezing. Breakfast was gross. On our floor the 1st room at the elevator was being treated for bedbugs (room all taped and machines on inside). Drawers were broken in room. Vending machines and soda machines empty on every floor.

Hotel was the best I have ever stayed in. The staff were friendly. The room was the cleanest I've ever seen for a hotel. The bathroom had full size dove hand soap, lotion, shampoo & conditioner containers. The water pressure was great. The rooms were quiet we never heard other guests. The breakfast had lots of choices and the staff kept it stocked well.
The room was clean and the air conditioner worked well.... refrigerator was cold and the bed was very comfortable. Cleaning staff was very friendly and asked if we needed anything even when just passing in the hallway ...breakfast was a very good variety and hot and delicious!! Thank you !
We had an initial problem with an added night not getting scheduled with Comfort Inn but Maria and Carol, the hotel manager at the hotel helped us tremendously in getting everything resolved.
Friendly and energetic staff, really good breakfast with good hours, love the nearly hidden location, air conditioning was too notch, the cats were very comfortable in the room.
tucked away and quiet. breakfast was good. 24 hour desk, snacks and coffee. had rooms when everything else was booked for UD graduation weekend. only 15 mins from campus.
As usually Holiday Inn Express Hotels did not disappoint. The staff were wonderful! The room clean and comfortable. The breakfast was more than enough.
