Staff was great and very helpful but I called to see if I would be able to checkin later in the night and I was informed that they had given my room that I reserved to someone else due to over booking. It didn't start off well

The in room Jacuzzi was awesome. The food was really good and not over priced. There wasn't many people when we stayed (not a fan of excess humans). The receptionist/manager was really nice, and helpful. We were unintentionally annoying, since my children locked us out at least 3 times. She definitely had patience. The waitress at the restaurant was also very nice and great with children.
An older motel, which has been updated. Non-Smoking Room smelled very badly of cigarette smoke. Arrived late and didn’t ask for a room change, so in fairness, we didn’t give the motel a chance to move us.
Otherwise, room was fine.
A few shady characters in nearby rooms. Thinking they’re locals who need a place to stay, sitting outside of their rooms smoking, night and day. That said, they were quiet and didn’t bother anyone.
Motel is conveniently located within a couple of minutes of I-195. Shopping and chain restaurants close by on Route 6.
It’s quiet and utilitarian.

Would not recommend this hotel to any one ! I always go thru booking.com But this facility is a shame for the price I was charged! U figure that it’s name would b ok Best western ! Hell no! Place was a dump ! With in worthy people hanging about ! Glad I’m home need to shower!!!

The place was dirty, the TV controller didn't work for the tv so I had to program it. I thought it was going to be a great deal but the cleanliness was extremely poor and I'm just not happy about it. Id like a free night for next weekend in one of your suites.

Dartmouth, New Bedford & Fairhaven excellent for seaside & Town walks walks, Interesting working harbour lots of good seafood restaurants good range of boat trips in summer including ferries to offshore islands. Good range of shops, bars , coffee houses and other facilities. Antonios Portuguese Restaurant 267 Coggeshall Street New Bedford a great favourite with locals and visitors for mainly seafood but other dishes as well good value & great atmosphere. Good road connections from Boston to Fall River and Cape Cod areas. Harbour walks Maritime & Whaling history. Seafront at Fairhaven easily accessible with good parking.

An old property that they are giving new life to and it shows but still needs more to come. We only needed a place to stay for a night so it was good, and for any length of time there is a refrigerator and microwave so that is good for the thrifty traveler. Office staff very friendly and helpful along with the staff member sent to answer a question for us. Parking wasn't enough close to room, hard to get to rooms for those that have walking issues, stairs were too high. Felt high priced for the continued improvements needed, I like there is no rugs in the room, that makes it feel cleaner that you aren't gettin dirt from the outside in. We would stay again as when one needs a room for the night this is will for sure.

The hotel appears to have been renovated as the room was exceptionally clean and in excellent repair. Lovely bathroom with good lightening and shower facilities. Bed was very comfortable and wi fi was strong and TV channels plentiful! Breakfast was outstanding. Ample food choices each day with hot and cold choices!
Breakfast was actually really good. The place it's self was super clean the staff was wonderful and the rooms had so much extra stuff inside, for example, mini shampoo and conditioner, shower caps, soap, towels , pillows. Best hotel that I have ever stayed in.
the breakfast was fine..the staff mailed an item back to me after we left the hotel for our trip home to florida..we consider that to be great service from nellie darosa
