North Conway, in our opinion, has some of the best trail hiking, mountain climbing and paddling in the US. The White Mountains are spectacular. The people are incredibly friendly, warm and fun. The restaurants offer great New England food and many have live music.

Location to all North Conway offers in dining and shopping. Toilet very low to ground, Used old furniture. My special requests before arriving were confirmed and upon arrival none were available. Special requests were high back chair(s) in room. Close Parking for our handicapped. Close proximity to room from main entrance. Furniture was very low to ground including television and chest of drawers it was on. TV was small. Broken secrity locks on doors of room. Hair in one of the beds. Only a sheet and blanket on the bed - no coverlet, comforter or anything like that.

North Conway has a little bit of everything - family friend with local theme parks, access to lakes and hiking, shopping and a variety of restaurants from fast food to bistro's. no season is ever not an option
Outstanding Hotel from start to finish, a lovely warm welcome. The room was massive!! spotlessly clean, great breakfast. Lovely kitchen fridge/microwave and Walmart just behind the Hotel.
Fantastic location near restaurants, The town of North Conway is beautiful. Also an Outlet Mall very close. A great base for The White Mountains!
Every member of staff we encountered was helpful and friendly a real "family" feel about the place, the staff seemed so proud of their workplace!!
Perfect location...2 minute walk into the town of North Conway. Close to Mt Cranmore, Echo Lake, Storyland, Saco River, hiking, shopping etc. Tons of good restaurants in town. Very nice outdoor pool on property. Free/ample parking. The common areas of the hotel are nicely furnished/air conditioned and well maintained. The rooms are very clean. Full breakfast every morning. The management took COVID safety precautions very seriously.
The innkeepers are very friendly and prepared an exceptional breakfast in the main lodge. The wraparound porch is terrific - too bad we were there in the winter - would be a great place to enjoy being outside. Afternoon cookies in the lodge - yummy! Very convenient - easy to find - close enough to everything in North Conway. We had a room off the porch which had a fridge and microwave (not all do yet).
Great quiet location but still very close to downtown North Conway. We loved the charm and ambience of the Inn. The breakfasts are delicious! Having afternoon cookies and 24/7 access to hot water for evening tea/coffee/hot chocolate was much appreciated. We enjoyed using the hot tub after hiking all day. And the owners are very friendly and knowledgeable of the area, a wonderful stay!
Fabulous location in centre of North Conway. Lovely New England hotel with really homely room decor and love the Gas Stove heater in the room. I've stayed before and love the experience. They don't serve breakfast but there are plenty of eateries to get breakfast within short walking distance within North Conway.

This hotel was in the perfect location in North Conway NH. In either direction of the hotel there are so many things to do. Staff was so friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean, we always saw people cleaning something every time we came in and out. They also offered late night snack bars, movies, iced coffee bar and much more
The location is perfect, right in town of North Conway. We stayed real quick for one night, traveling home from NY to Maine. The price was great, especially for a room with a jet tub. That was the whole reason for booking the room, and it was awesome. The room was clean enough. Good sized room. The bed was soft, but comfortable.
Absolutely everything, what a beautiful hotel. Staff where fantastic, restaurant amazing, breakfast incredible. Pool was a nice temperature and hot tub was great. Rooms are beautiful, the tea/coffee/water room for guests is a great touch. Views are wonderful and brilliant location. Great cocktails too.
Room was clean with a small balcony and lots of natural light. It’s an older hotel but they have clearly upgraded some features (i.e. bathroom flooring.) And the included breakfast was surprisingly decent with hot options.
The staff was AMAZING. I cannot express enough how helpful everyone was. They truly made this a special weekend for my entire family. I cannot say enough good things about the people who work at this hotel.
