The room was very nice and the staff was amazing. Went out of their way to accommodate my husband's issues with cheese and made him a fresh breakfast sandwich without cheese every morning. They also took the time to have a 10 minute conversation with my 5year old and my daughter was so excited. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again if ever needed.. location is excellent staff is great and the overall accomodations exceeded my expectations.

Wow... it's a really great hotel. We just booked this hotel for an overnight stay and we were very positively surprised.
The hotel seems quite new, is modern, has friendly and attentive staff, and the room was spotless clean. What makes the difference to other typical chain hotels is that this hotel is located in a very quiet area with no busy streets nearby. The amenities are top notch: the gym is modern and for a hotel well equipped, the outdoor hot tub was great, and the fireplaces are really beautiful. Guests were even provided a S'mores kit for free. Great little add-on.
On top of that, we got the room for a very good fare (though it's just because we stayed during off-season). We liked it that much that we extended stay for another night.

Special requests were high back chair(s) in room. Close Parking for our handicapped. Close proximity to room from main entrance. Furniture was very low to ground including television and chest of drawers it was on. TV was small. Broken secrity locks on doors of room. Hair in one of the beds. Only a sheet and blanket on the bed - no coverlet, comforter or anything like that.

The driven van excursion up & down the Mt. Washington auto road was excellent! A highlight of the trip! Well narrated, informative, just the right duration, & well worth the price. Especially when compared to the self drive. The driver, Kevin, was courteous, very informative, & extremely pleasant.
We had to leave before breakfast would be available due to work. When I told the front desk that they went to the kitchen and gave us breakfast sandwiches we could heat ourselves in the room's microwave. Very considerate! Plus, the cookies at night are yummy.
Even though our room as next to the elevator, and across from the ice machine, it was a very nice room, comfortable bed and quiet. The hotel has quiet hours starting at 10PM which guests seemed to respect. We slept great.
Outstanding Hotel from start to finish, a lovely warm welcome. The room was massive!! spotlessly clean, great breakfast. Lovely kitchen fridge/microwave and Walmart just behind the Hotel.
Fantastic location near restaurants, The town of North Conway is beautiful. Also an Outlet Mall very close. A great base for The White Mountains!

The whole hotel was immaculate!! Very clean, staff were very friendly. Loved the face they had free coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby!! The rooms were stocked with anything and everything you could need. Beds were comfortable. Best hotel shower I’ve ever used honestly!! Plenty of room for 4 adults (and honestly 1-2 more if need be). perfect location, close to everything in North Conway!! Will DEFINITELY be staying here again!!
This hotel was in the perfect location in North Conway NH. In either direction of the hotel there are so many things to do. Staff was so friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean, we always saw people cleaning something every time we came in and out. They also offered late night snack bars, movies, iced coffee bar and much more
The room was perfect for our needs. Having a separate bedroom and able to put down our little one and still be able to be awake was perfect. The restaurant on site was great and all staff was very accommodating. It’s rare to find a king size bed in North Conway and the beds were even comfortable. Definitely be staying there again
The location is perfect, right in town of North Conway. We stayed real quick for one night, traveling home from NY to Maine. The price was great, especially for a room with a jet tub. That was the whole reason for booking the room, and it was awesome. The room was clean enough. Good sized room. The bed was soft, but comfortable.
North Conway has a limited number of hotel options and this is definitely one of the better ones considering the price. The staff were friendly, there is a hot continental breakfast, pool was open, and the room appears to have been updated in the last 5 years.
the rooms were great, the pool and hot tub were relaxing and empty after skiing all day. right across from the outlets and can walk to food. breakfast in the morning was exceptional for hotel breakfast and staff was super friendly. will stay again.
Breakfast is a nice bonus, to have it conveniently on the property. The pool was also wonderful this weekend, as the weather was warm. It's an excellent location between Jackson & North Conway, and everything is within a few miles away.
Nice size room with some amenities. Bed/sheets and floor were clean. The toilet and sink also clean. Convenient to North Conway. Set far enough off highway were traffic noise was not a factor.
