The facility was unable to accommodate the number of guests. I arrived at breakfast at 8:00 am due to the line I was discouraged. I came back 30 minutes later and there was nothing left other than coffee.

I loved the location an the peace. Beautiful scenery.
I have to give Kudos where they are due.. Maintenance Man Mr Eric.. Amir and Louis were amazing ! Always gracious.. friendly and made us feel welcomed! Mr Eric is one of the hardest working maintenance men I've seen in hotels. I hope you all realize how amazing these 3 men are and Amir made it personal which left us feeling like we now have a new friend!
1. I reserved 2 rooms with the same credit card. When we got there, our room was musty, and we were moved to another room. I liked the staff's willingness to accommodate us.
2. In addition to the room being nice and clean, the water pressure was excellent! It's rare that you get that in a hotel shower.
The front desk clerk told me I wouldn't gotten a better rate if I had called them (about $10 cheaper per night). I only chose this motel because they were the only one in Newberry that allowed pets. The pet fee was $10 per night. Room was clean, though it smelled strongly of some type of fragrance.
The customer service was awesome, great staff and also hotel… first time there and it made me feel home, needed direction somewhere and staff pointed me with any hesitation , thanks
The hotel is exactly how it looks online. The breakfast was delicious. I just wish they had grits and bacon. The staff was very respectful and helpful.
