The coffee is available all the time. The convenience of the pub and restaurant being in the hotel. The staff were all helpful and nice. The breakfast was good, I liked the whipped cream cheese for the begals.the rooms were nice and clean. I really liked having a makeup remover packet in the bathroom.

I like how they had activities for the entire family and you can go fishing in the pond with your kids. Also in the summer you can go swimming in the pool.

We liked everything about the place. Except the one woman at the desk. We stayed here 3 times. And it seems she has a big attitude towards us for who knows why. Telling us we can not stay more then 7 days. But Iv seen other people that were there from the first time I stayed there. So why are those people allowed to stay longer then 7 days. But we couldn't?

Friendly, accommodating staff that made you feel very welcome. Breakfast was exceptional. Stayed in the family suite and it was great since the boys could have their own space separate from us. Comfortable bed with nice shower/bathroom.

Check in was a breeze my request was accommodated to check in early if the room was ready. Lady who checked us in was the sweetest. Housekeeping was very quick as well when i requested extra towels. The place all around was very clean and all the staff was very sweet. Oh & the view of the Pagoda was the cherry on top I was raised in Reading & was down for my nephews graduation i currently live in Jersey so it was deff bitter sweet.
