The room was fabulous. It was exactly what I wanted. It was quiet as if I was the only person there. It is close to just about anything that one may need. Did not have the opportunity to walk by the water in back of the hotel. I loved it!

. Also had a dishwasher and everything we needed for cooking except a mixing bowl which I brought with me. Restaurants are nearby. The place was great and we loved it!

I am originally from the area so I know it well. This location is excellent for my purposes, avoids the high prices of downtown Boston and yet close enough to do everything I want to when in the Boston area. It is definitely in the suburbs so if you want a Boston experience - this is not a city hotel. You need a car. We have also stayed outside Boston in Burlington but I much prefer Needham.

Hotel charged me twice - the day we booked the hotel (Aug 5th) the day we checked in (Aug 15th). Front desk manager’s attitude is terrible! She does not acknowledge they charged my credit card twice. And she does not want to help at all.
Hotel Restaurant and Bar .. Friendly and helpful staff at both. The open seating area in the second floor and in the large open lobby( had seating and a televison) . I loved our room location on the second floor, we werent far from the pool or the elevators which is important when traveling with young children. Absolutely loved the pool and the color changing lights, it was also empty when we visited so my children had full use and we felt very comfortable being unmasked.
The hotel itself was very nice what I was turned off about was that they had pets urinating in the elevator. It was the worst stench I have ever smelled, and it smelled very bad in our first room of urination from pets… The manager was very nice and moved us to another room the second night… I was turned off by all the people walking around with pets, urinating all around there and so much pet dander
The hotel is conveniently located to the highway and area colleges. There are several options around for food and shopping. The hotel was generally very clean and the parking was free. I appreciated having the fitness room, which had several options of cardio machines along with free weights and two benches.
The rating reflects the discovery of remains of bed bugs dirt between the folds of the mattress. We check these issues every time we enter a hotel room. The services in the bar and restaurant are very good especially for late arrivals. The hotel changed the room for us and it was much appreciated.

This hotel looks a lot like the Residence Inn nearby, but it's much newer and the heating doesn't come w/ noise. Cheers to that!

Location was lovely, out of the city, nice walking distance to local shops and transport links. I LOVED the Baza market nearby and found the most delicious food I've ever eaten. The staff at the hotel were really friendly and helpful.
The reception staff was very helpful. Bookings.com forgot to put my booking in the hotel system. She sorted it out with a smile. Restaurant staff were also very nice during breakfast. Fast and efficient service.
The location was very convenient for me as I was visiting family in Needham. Also convenient to I-95 with short Drive to Boston. Excellent hot breakfast and a small bar open Mon-Thu.
We chose Residence Inn for the location and the convenience for our travel needs. The hotel offered us even more than we expected. The room was specious and clean and everything worked.
