As for the city of Murfreesboro,, it's always a pleasure to visit the city I grew up in.
What I do not recommend is staying at Clarion Inn. Simply put, do not waste your time or money staying there. VERY BAD.

Very new and upcoming. Lots of lovely restaurants along with the usual chain restaurants. I highly recommend Sal's Pizza! Excellent Italian and Sivilian entrees, pizza and appetizers. Plenty of shopping and places to stay.

Lots of great places to eat and most people there were very friendly, but the traffic is busy most of the hours in a day or night, I would suggest planning your commutes with time allotted for busy traffic. Also, The Chop House has excellent food and customer service.

I love going to Murfreesboro.
I love going to Murfreesboro. My grandson is a student at MTSU and I go there to visit him. I love this city it is a mixture of country and big city. The restaurants are great (and there are lots to choose from). The city is clean. At times the traffic is heavy, but I really don't mind because it's an easy town to get around in. I absolutely love it up there.

Total and complete false photos.
Total and complete false photos. The rooms are trashed broken down and dirty. No pool as promised. No breakfast as promised and a moldy odor hits you in the face. Its unhealthy. Not what was promised on Booking.com. Thank God I had my own pillows and blankets!

We came to Murfreesboro for an appointment with the VA for my husband. It's a long drive from where we live and we were a little worried the hotel wouldn't be as described. But it was perfect.
I love the rooms. Everything was clean and accessible.
I would also like to give a 10 to the front desk associate. Once we got to Murfreesboro, we decided that we only needed to stay one night. She did as much as possible on her end and even called the owner. We spoke with Booking.Com customer service and they modified the stay. The associate had to wait before she credited the money back to my card, but I'm pleased to say the money has bee. Credited to my card. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.
everything! It was close to our event which made it very nice. The hotel was only 2 years old so everything was in excellent condition and very clean! the room was amazing too. We loved the kitchenette and the full size fridge was amazing to have as well! The price for the room was good. I wish it was slightly cheaper so we could afford to stay longer. we will definitely stay here again if needed.
The entire hotel was extremely modernist and clean. The size of room was very ample , clean, multiple outlets and the lighting in the room was more than ample and varied from a beside reading light, bright overhead lighting and soft glowing lighting for ambiance in the room. The bed was comfortable and I slept well and thoroughly enjoyed my stay!!!
Decent location and friendly staff through out our stay. Breakfast was better than some with good choices, good coffee. Property clean and well done, and we loved the hvac system in our room. Many hotels have a system that you can not get the room cool enough.
Hotel is very nice placed, near lot of shoppings, restaurants and easy to go by Uber or Lyft to any place in Murfreesboro. That is a mini office in the room, and microwave oven, Coffee, Tea, and lots of facilities. Breakfast was amazing as well!
The room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was a great size! And very clean as well. The staff was nice. They had a great breakfast. The location was in a great spot. The hotel was pretty quiet. I stayed the weekend so I was very impressed!
the property was very pretty, the breakfast was amazing probably best I’ve had at a hotel the rooms were basic but cute and comfortable and I brought 2 dogs so they gave us a 1st floor level to access the side doors which was a huge help.
My stay at this hotel was exceptional. Starting from when you walk in to find Tasha at the front desk. She is absolutely amazing and friendly. Totally would stay here again and recommend to my friend and family.
The cost of this room surprised me once I saw the room. The room looked better than some other hotels with higher prices. The staff were all friendly. They were available to help and answer questions at any time.
Hotel was in a good location. Easy check in and out. Had a refrigerator and microwave. I like the fact it had a sofa to sit and watch TV. Good price. Room was clean.
Great stay didn’t like the pay breakfast just a basic breakfast for $10. Otherwise normal clean hotel great location with average staff but they clean the room
