Only 20 dollars back to the Airport. Room was a good size and bed very comfortable. The whole place was clean and tidy. Recommend Zorba Pizza/pasta restaurant very friendly and great food, amazing pizza and also rated best pizza international.

For stay in such a high-end hotel you would’ve thought we would’ve gotten free breakfast a muffin was 5 to 7 dollars you had to pay for water you had to pay many dollars for a piece of fruit lousy customer service at breakfast specifically, I shouldn’t have to go to an outside restaurant to get my breakfast

We attended the Millbrae Street Fair which was about 3 blocks away. A beautiful city, very clean.

Great hotel if you need to stay near the airport for an early flight. The airport shuttle was really handy, and basically runs 24 hours. The walk to the BART station and nearby food places was pretty easy, but might be difficult if you have mobility challenges. Also, one of the elevators was broken when we stayed there, so that was pretty annoying as there were a lot of people staying in the hotel. There are a couple of grocery stores nearby too, as the food and snacks for purchase in the lobby were insanely overpriced.
We’d previously stayed at the Westin and Aloft hotels on the other side of the overpass but typically would have to get off at Millbrae exit to gas up the rental car at this exit. Now I can fill up the car and spend the night at the Residence Inn instead. There’s an In-and-Out Burger and Panera right across the street. And a BART station to take you either to SFO or into the City. Breakfast was wonderful and staff very friendly.
15mins cab ride from SFO at $25. There is a bus but it has unusual hours for afternoon flights. The Hotel was clean and very modern with small outdoor pool and a very clean gym. The complementary breakfast was great and all the staff were very helpful & friendly. This hotel had some bad reviews but no of them stood up to scrutiny from our stay. Mountain Mikes Pizza stays open until 2300 which is great for late arrivals like us.
Great value! This hotel understands and responds to guests needs. Very comfortable stay which exceeded expectations for the price paid. Free parking which is unheard off in California, I’ve had hotels charge $55+ for parking. Location is great, close to the airport, bus stop and the metro!

It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I liked that they offered soft and firm pillows. I like a medium-firm pillow and most hotels only offer soft pillows so having a firm pillow at this hotel was great!
The landscaping was lovely also.
location is great if all u are doing is using the airport as a base - the train connecting the hotel to the main terminal is v convenient. staff were friendly enough - offered me water at check in because they said that i looked tired.
The Dylan Hotel at SFO is really out of my expected. The room looks news and extreme clean. Reception lady is so nice and supportive. I would love to visit The Dylan hotel again next time when I travel to San Francisco
This is the worst hotel I’ve ever lived in. The staff is rude and keep avoiding responsibility. It is not disability or heavy luggage friendly without elevator or anyone helping you with the stairs

Good airport hotel. Clean property, comfortable room, and nice staff. Airport shuttle comes every 15 minutes and took less than 10 minutes to get to terminal. Would stay here again.
