I loved the facade of resort but just be advised there will be fees prior to check in that our third party booking didn’t specify. The beach is an amazing perk the trade off will be that the Resort doesn’t include breakfast, the water faucets and shower heads were not working. Lack of towels and amenities for our stay. We know we could ask but it’s just better to have what we need before asking. Lack of hospitality.

I came for work but I always enjoy the places I visit. I love the path between the hotel and the beach to go jogging or walking. Every free hour I spent it at the beach. The swimming pool was closed so I couldn't use it.
There are lots of shops and restaurants near so you can go walking.

We would return to Miami Beach in the winter, we visited in May and it was too hot for us. We liked not having a car and using the free trolley and buses for Miami Beach.
We ate in several restaurants near by the Monte Carlo within a few blocks and were impressed by all the cuisine and the quality in the area. We went to South Beach a few times and enjoyed restaurants there as well.
We like the markets near by and enjoyed walking in the evenings on the board walk once it was cooler.
The beach was a pleasure with perfect water temperature and the sand so clean, soft, and white.
-The hotel was nicely decorated
-The room had a ceiling ventilator (super practical if you can't stand air-condition 24/7)
-The beds and pillows were comfortable
-The staff was polite and helpfull
-The location was very convinient (3' walk to the beach, close the a bus station and walking distance(aprx 40') to south beach through a beautiful promenade)
-There was security at night inside the hotel
-The hotel had sunbeds on the beach for the guests
The hotel is in a convenient location if you want to stay in Miami Beach but aren’t interested in the party scene. (My stay was in late January and the area might be more lively other times of the year.)
There’s a cute courtyard. It’s close to the beach and easy to access restaurants in North Beach and South Beach. The pool area is relatively small but is appropriately sized for property.
The staff were generally friendly and accommodating.
The hotel is very clean. Great check-in and checkout experiences, had a nice chat with the General Manager.
Pros:
1) This is the best location, right in the middle of South Beach. The hotel is located right across from the beach.
2) Hotel amenities: beach towels, beach chairs, free bike rentals. The Hotel pool is overlooking Ocean Dr, has a great ocean view. There are free (first come first serve) lounge chairs and cabanas.
This is a comfortable hotel with adequate communal space in a great location. This is a historic property in the heart of South Beach on Ocean drive. It was superb value for money. The staff try hard to sort out issues. We had a lovely spacious room which had all the necessary extras - TV, Fridge, Coffee making facilities etc. 2 bottles of water were provided daily and the breakfast was a typical US breakfast.
The best location for visiting both Miami Beach and Miami. It's 5 mns walking to Ocean drive on one side and 5 mns walking to the bus and visit Miami on the other side. The hotel is very easy to reach by bus from the airport. For drivers there is a public car park just in front. It's very quiet with a nice decoration and the breakfast is very good. We had a wonderful stay in this hotel.
The hotel is located in a quiet, pleasant and safe area. You can walk to the main points of interest in South Beach. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The best value is the hotel staff: very friendly and always willing to help with any need we had. I want to highlight Victor (valet parking service) for his professionalism and friendliness.
Most beautiful view on Miami Beach, very relaxing, space and perfect to have all the hotel facilities. Woke up to the sunrise every morning had coffee on the most fabulous terrace. We love to ride Citi bikes to dinner south of fifth and they are located right outside the hotel. Nothing compares.
The Henrosa is a classic art deco hotel on Collins Avenue just a half block from the beach and all the restaurants on Ocean drive in the heart of South Beach. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The valet service is worth the price as street parking is nearly impossible.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. A short distance from the beach, a somewhat quieter neighbourhood than further south, and just a block away from a convenience store. You can buy milk, fruits, etc. and store them in your fridge, which is very convenient.
I stayed in a 4 bed room with bathroom: the room was clean, big and very quiet even if there parties going on. The staff is nice and the hotel is in a good location to visit miami beach and south beach. If you want to go in downtown the bus stop is one minute walk

Location was very good. We had pharmacies, stores, restaurants, and south beach very close to the apartments. On the other hand they’re one block from the ocean drive which is enough not to hear sound of parties that are happening there every night.

I liked that the hotel was far away from the main "south beach" partygoers. The beach location was serene and quiet. The atmosphere was family-friendly for just sitting on the beach and enjoying the weather.
