We always stay here when we go on our cruise 🚢 and we like it cause it’s close to the port and we feel safe here. Denny’s is in the parking lot. The rooms are nice and clean. Front desk attendants are very nice 😊

Blinking off and on constantly. We stay there several times a year, but may have to find a new hotel.

After changing room due to the mold in the refrigerator and...
After changing room due to the mold in the refrigerator and mold smell in the room, the second room A/C was not working right and was blowing something in the air that caused my mate to get an bronchial attack. We then had to move to a third room where the A/C worked better but the room still smelled moldy.

The professional staff and the great breakfast! The room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. This hotel is five minutes from the mall and there are so many good restaurants, attractions; most importantly, the airport is about fifteen minutes away.

returned back to CA. home and received a copy of the statement via email.......want an explanation also, didn't change sheets when asked two
separate days. We stayed there for seven days. want an answer.
I was pleasantly surprised by almost everything! The biggest positive impression for us was the staff - every one of them was friendly, warm, and eager to help. The breakfast was good, with plenty of food even in the last 15 minutes of serving. The room was comfortable, and the hotel on our floor was quiet. Overall, a really good place to stay when visiting New Orleans - thank you!
The size of the room was large and it had all the amenities that you need from a hotel room: plenty of towels, hangers, two luggage racks, plastic and paper cups, coffee and tea.
It also had a good working station with comfortable chair.
Breakfast items were fresh and tasty.
Hotel is very close to many grocery stores like Trader Joe's.
Great breakfast options! Room was clean and the bathroom upgrade was beautiful. The location was 15 mins away from the Pontchartrain Convention & Civic Center which we had a competition at and there were tons of food options near the hotel. Great experience and will be booking again next year.
Location of Hotel is very good with Shops, Restaurants and bars all in close proximity to the Hotel. Shopping mall 1 block away. 10/15 mins in taxi to downtown New Orleans and French quarter. Breakfast minimal choice but adequate and enjoyable
