Location was great. Bed were comfortable. The suite kitchens had just enough items to be useable such as plates, bowls, glasses and flatware.

The rooms were very nice and clean. The front desk person was very nice and helpful. The complimentary breakfasts were delicious. Homemade waffles and assortment of fruits, yogurts, cereal, juices. All of the staff were kind and courteous which was wonderful as we had drove in from out of state for a funeral.

The room was good, but the outside could use some work. A 50-gallon trashcan set outside by the stairwell, full of trash flies & awful smell, our whole stay. The room next to us had plumbing issues & the man cleaning it up swept it out of the room & off the 4th floor down to the parking lot almost hitting me & another guest. That was pretty bad. Maybe get a wet vacuum cleaner or something? Other than that it was okay.

Disappointing.
Disappointing. No maid service until last day and then only towel swap. Toilet ran nonstop. Reported it twice and got no response. Had the fire department checking rooms for carbon monoxide leak and no follow up by management. The only plus was lots of services within Walking distance. I would rather have a better room experience and drive more for services

Booked a room and showed up to stay. They gave a us a room that someone was already in. We were just sent away without any real explanation. Very sad that they get to get away with treating people like this. It was so bad that I sent the location up to my chain of command and their picture and location are on the brigade do not visit wall On fort hood.

It was a great place to live at and great job. The restaurant are great place to eat at. The city is very nice and there is things to do in there. I'm planning to move out there in a few few weeks.
The hotel was so clean from the inside with beautiful decorations, calm painting colors, a great flowery smell, and also very nice customer services, especially Ms. RANA, and a great manager, Ms. Reem. Our breakfast there was so delicious with different varieties and many options. I and my kids loved our stay there. Definitely we would love to come again and stay there. The location is near lots of restaurants and grocery stores. Quite area, although it's near the highway. Great swimming pool with lots of equipments.
Nothing. We were there for the state fair which my son was an Exhibitor in the livestock show and we only needed the room at night to sleep in, not there during the day and we would never consider staying at this hotel again, even just to sleep. We will find a hotel that takes bride in giving paying guests a clean place to sleep next time.

The foreign men not friendly gave me problems and also knocks on doors before it even check out. I picked that hotel for when I came to Dallas to visit — but I paid too much to be kicked out of my room TWICE

Pics of rooms online showed coffee makers in room and in the office but there weren't any. Someone was smoking majawana in their room. Sign in front of hotel said the price was $59.00 and I paid over $100.00 plus $100.00 refundable deposit.
Location was great. From desk clerk to maids service is great . Friendly caring staff .great room clean . Staff go out the way to make sure you have a great stay . Highly recommend this hotel
