Very clean. Lots of construction in the area that was challenging at times but not the fault of the hotel.
The pool was good therapy. A hot breakfast with quite a few options compared to most hotel breakfasts. Alcohol available to purchase. Room clean, spacious and comfortable. Some excellent diners near by.

I liked everything about this hotel and the surrounding area...
I liked everything about this hotel and the surrounding area. The location was very close to the women’s Christian conference and the staff were so kind. I don’t always sleep well at home or away, but being on the first floor made it easy to get out into the lobby and outside without the noise of creaky doors or elevators. Everything seemed in good repair. The service was excellent and the kindness of the staff stood out for me. The breakfast was so good and I just really needed this kind of peaceful vacation. Thank you to the Lancaster Inn and Suites staff for all you do for your guests. I would also like to mention the great City Star diner down the road with great food and a lovely staff ready and waiting to accommodate every need.

We very much enjoyed our stay.
We very much enjoyed our stay. The hotel was easy to find and in a prime location for us. Getting on and off the main highway was very easy. There were plenty of restaurants close by and we ate at one right across from the hotel. Mick's American Pub had a very pleasant atmosphere and had delicious food! We would highly recommend eating here!
Overall, we would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!

The town itself is not much; the downtown area is pleasant, but not a hub of activity. We went to one very nice restaurant, but there was not much else to see or do, which was fine with us. For us, it was basically a jumping-off point to the other activities we had planned. But it was quiet and peaceful, and gave easy access to our other activities.

It was a real nice place to stay. The front staff especially Lisa was very friendly and such a joyful spirit. The staff was very helpful when items are needed. The facilities were pretty good also. The bed was comfortable and the room was a good size. The bedroom was pretty clean. It would be helpful to have a shower bar to just assist when when getting in and out the shower. The shower space could stand a little more cleaning in the cracks around the edges but overall it was good. I was great to be able to get a hot breakfast. I don't usually eat bacon but one morning I went to breakfast and the bacon was delicious, not greasy but nice and crispy I could had eaten a whole plate. On the last day the weather was gorgeous and it would had been nice to have a few benches to just sit outside and enjoy the beautiful county view and air. I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful location, Quiet environment. Nice beds with comfortable pillows. I have never laid my head on pillows that comfortable. My two boys enjoyed the pool and wants to go back to the hotel to swim again. I would choose the Comfort Suites again this summer and highly recommend it to others who may want a comfortable location to stay.
Beautifully and comfortably furnished, good location for touring nearby Lititz and Lancaster. The breakfasts were extraordinary: homemade pastries and breads, fresh fruit, yogurt, apricot scones and fritatas made with vegetables and goat cheese. Complimentary sherry and chocolates in our room. Lovely seating area out back with flowers and shade. The attention to detail--in the decor as well as in the food--was remarkable. Our hosts were quite pleasant and accommodating, too.
The entire hotel was clean and efficiently run. The 24 hour coffee bar had very good coffee and there was real half and half there during the day, which was appreciated. The pool and exercise room also looked pristine. The room was very clean and appeared recently remodeled... no smells, no carpet, bright bathroom with large vanity, spotless linens.
The room was spacious, super clean and had everything you could want or need (hair dryer, shower products, iron, fridge). There were vending machines on every floor, too. You also get to use the gym/sports facilities and there is a nice restaurant in the building as well. Lancaster county has a lot to offer and the hotel is the perfect “homebase.“
Priscilla was a tremendous host. Her property is warm and comfortable. It provided every possible need we could have wanted for our weekend in Lancaster. It close to all nearby attractions and several places to grab a quick delicious meal.
Already planning another stay when we return in the summer.
Amazing hotel. Nice country view (We were on the 3rd floor). Big and comfortable room, lots of space, everything is clean and in a high standard. The staff is friendly, breakfast was really nice. When we're in Lancaster again we will come back to this hotel for sure.
The Staff was extremely polite and friendly. The proximity of the hotel to Mount Hope made it easy to drink and walk to bed. Recent vacuuming. No signs of bed bugs that I could find (I looked hard just to be sure).
The front desk lady was so pleasant, the room was nice and clean, and the bed were so comfortable!!!! I liked the fact that it was wrong so many great places to eat and that it was near a starbucks!!!!!!!!!!!!
I had planned my trip thru PA using Hotels that included a Restaurant on property. Say to say the Restaurant was closed during our stay. Disappointed & inconveint to say the least.
Room is quiet and clean and big enough. Though no breakfast is served, they have complimentary muffins and coffee, very considerate. The surrounding of the hotel is lovely
The fact we were not charged for this by booking.com or the hotel.. we would have been if I had not opted for the hotel to charge me when I arrived. Unreal experience.
