Bed very comfortable, good & fast wifi connection, business facility useful for printing off items, handy restaurant and the breakfast food choices, though limited, were excellent and well cooked, and nicely presented; plus hotel is in an excellent location as close to downtown areas. I was pleasantly surprised to find an iron & ironing board in room, also a small fridge, this is all very handy for a downtown hotel if staying awhile; also that there was a light level of security at front door with concierge present.
Located in the North End by Boston Harbor, Battery Wharf Hotel is a 10-minute walk from the New England Aquarium and offers a private water taxi to Logan International Airport.

Nothing. Since the Hotel do not communicate with the customer neither they take care of your request, it was impossible to qualify them. But they charge your credit card anyhow and they ask you for service feedback even if they didn't provide you a service. Orrible experience! Deleted from my Hotel list for life!

The price was good but don’t expect luxury. You get what you pay for. Front desk clerk was fine, Room was spacious, cable tv, clean fridge and microwave good parking right at your front door. Sheets & bathroom were clean enough Great shopping. Close to area attractions (Salem).
