The room was nice but everything was only moderately clean. It was a busy time for the hotel so I understand but the overall experience was not the best.

I was just passing through this time but the people in Arkansas are so friendly and welcoming. Sim's BBQ had been recommended by a local but because of the storms we were not able to try it. Hot Springs is pretty close, too, and has many nice trails for walkers right around the National Park which surrounds the town. And don't miss McClard's BBQ if in Hot Springs. Uber is a great way to get around if you don't have a car. Also not in LR, the Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art is exceptional (and free) if you are able to get to Bentonville.

I did not visit many of the sites this time. due to the purpose of the trip and the time restraints; however, I think Little Rock is a wonderful city and worth a visit or two. It’s filled with wonderful people, places and things to see and do.

The whole area is under construction. The traffic is crazy and it's not a very friendly area. We were told that the police raided the hotel the night before due to prostitution. 20 people were supposedly arrested.

We wouldnt stay here again due to the noise from the people upstairs. The staff didnt bother to ask the people to quiet down. We were up til midnight, when it finally got quiet. The road traffic is a bit loud also. The beds are more firm. Our backs were hurting. If you like firm beds and noise, this is your hotel. And we still haven't figured our why we paid $20 for parking.

Little rock was probably the rudest place I have ever experienced. A certain group of people really made it terrible. It is a nice place in its scenery, but the oppressed people are horrible especially the staff at the hospital. We are from Texas and just smiled away at the rudeness.

My family very much enjoyed our stay at this property! It is in a great location for families, with having Walmart Chuck e cheese and great restaurants right next to the hotel.
The hotel was very beautiful and comfortable, rooms were great with the kitchen.
My favorite part was the breakfast, it was absolutely amazing, I loved the waffle bar with the fruit and different syrups to go on top!!!
We very much enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying at this property again.

I have stayed here exclusively every time I come to Little Rock, and have always, always been supportive of the hotel and staff, as in the beginning, the staff were super nice, supportive, funny and respectful. I also wrote positive reviews to support the establishment as all my experiences were positive, even if the rooms weren’t always set up property or if the heat wasn’t working, etc. And I was always happy coming back, until this last stay of mine.
We did not have a shower curtain. I requested a recliner prior to check in was assured there would be one but there wasn't( I need to sleep in a recliner because i have a bad back. I was charged $50 for what i do not know. There was a homeless man hanging around outside. No one seemed to care. will NOT recommend this hotel

The mgr Sonya Cagle, was so nice and so helpful. She greeted us with such professionalism, we didn't feel like we were a bother, I needed help finding certain locations, she provided maps, she gave us suggestions on where we can go to eat, she cont to let us know if we needed anything to ask her and her sense of humor was inviting. If I return to Little Rock, Ark I will consider revisiting this same hotel.
it can be really hard to find a great hotel that allows pets but this one is. I felt welcome, my pets felt welcome and the place was really clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were very accommodating and friendly and my wife and I were so happy we chose to stay here. We will definitely stay here again when we travel through Little Rock.
This had to be the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at. It was in a great location. The personnel was efficient and friendly. The owner even approached me at breakfast, introduced himself, and inquired how my stay was. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Little Rock. I rate this hotel a 10, ten being the best.
This stay was hands down the best stay we have ever had at a hotel. The rooms were huge and were so clean. Breakfast was hot and delicious. Front reception staff was friendly as ever and very helpful. It was quiet, conveniently located close to just about anything you needed and very informative.
Property was clean. Staff was exceptionally helpful. Rooms were clean, nice walking distance to downtown and local restaurants. The complimentary shuttle from hotel to nearby locations was super helpful.
The front desk staff were excellent...as were all the other staff that we came in contact with. They helped us navigate downtown Little Rock and gave us suggestions for dinner.
Best room coffee, breakfast and bathroom of the 8 hotels we used on our trip. Better in every way than another hotel we stayed at which was twice the price!
