They first gave away our room for March 6.
They first gave away our room for March 6. Then on Sunday March 7th gave us the wrong room with someone was already staying in. Then when i check my banking account, they over charge me by $40.00 and a couple of dollars. I ask for a copy of the bill to b send to my email address but they did not.
The staff, (kim), David ,Samantha were all the best, so professional and considerate. They went above and beyond . My daughter had booked the wrong hotel first me, but it was no accident th as t I got such tremendous help with everything, the breakfast was the best continental breakfast iv ever eaten, and the young lady was so clean and professional as well. I wi make this my forever place to come and stay in the future..THANKS AGAIN FOR EXCELLENT SERVICES.. THE GYMN WAS JUST ENOUGH INDOOR FUN FOR US AS WELL.
This place was disgusting. Absolutely the worst place I’ve ever been to. Room was filthy. The sheets were disgusting. Everything about it was nasty. It’s no way someone thought it was okay to give that room to someone. You guys shouldn’t even be in business anymore. Pictures online of the cleanness and nice quality rooms do not match what it’s really like in person. I ended my stay very early here because I was so uncomfortable. I 100% DO NOT recommend anyone staying in this filthy hotel.
This the worst hotel experience in my 30 years of life the charged me twice the toilet didn't work the bed had cigarettes burns all over the sheets ND it smelled like smoke while it was a non smoking room. The front desk kept calling my phone saying my confirmation number didn't work the online credit card in was getting declined...I had my new 4 months old daughter with me in the cold so I had to pay again for the hotel room so I wouldnt get kicked out
The hotel had a great number of people there and not enough food. They were cooking a little of time ; for example 4-5 pieces of bacon in the microwave at a time. It was terrible. We had to do a thorough cleaning in our room before we could even sit down. I was disappointed for my birthday weekend.
I didn’t like the room service at all the hotel is filthy & not clean at all they over charged me for a nasty dirty room they need to remodel that company I would never recommend anyone to stay here I would never book here again
very good breakfast selection, fast in check and friendly people. Cheaper than neighboring hotels but cleaner and better breakfast. Room was clean and large. Gym was nice and clean
Breakfast on paper plates should be outlawed. The Hotel is nothing but cheap. Everything is just cheap and dead and void of beauty. A soulless, Kapitalist hellhole!
