Exceptional customer service from the front counter. Hot breakfast gave you several options to choose from. The room was clean and the beds were very comfy. I liked the access to the main road. This was a great value for the room and amenities.

Breakfast was included, but we left at 6 AM due to the noise upstairs. There were creaky platforms to the mattresses, and the wood was extremely loud every time he rolled over or moved. We could hear the people upstairs all night long. Further, the pool was closed, cause it needed to be shocked and it was not reopened any time that day we checked in at 3 PM. Then we had no Internet in our room called the office and we were told to put an Internet provider. The quality inn Said that room 122 was supposed to get Internet, but we had none and they refused to give us their password!
I woke up sorrow over from the wooden platform in room 122 and there was a bug on my floor that I took a picture of. After seeing the bug, we didn’t feel that we should leave our suitcases open. Use the shower or the sink any further. No one cleaned out the cabinets and we found liquor that was left from Previous renters. We felt as if we were given a standard room because we went on expedia.com or booking.com I don’t remember, and we got room for $80 instead of 200. Due to the fact that we called the office and asked them if there was a deposit she laughed and she said there was no room for $80 she only had room rooms for 200 and we told her that we went online and there was rooms for $80 , so when we arrived, we got the standard room. We felt like we were cheated, severely! And then on top of everything else we just left. I never had a worst day in any hotel than this one.

This s was the worst continental breakfast we have ever had in a hotel: pancake machine was “ broken”.we waited a long time for sausage and the attendant was very rude. The pastries were dried out. The bananas were overripe and apples bruised.

Other than the courteous staff, which should be expected, and the location, there was absolutely nothing that was likable about the property. It was a horrible representation of the Wyndham properties.

It was really cool that it was right next to a comic book shop. Not far from anything.

The house and location were amazing. The house was spotless and the host was very accommodating and responded immediately. I have zero complaints about our stay. The house was right next to all the places we needed to go and was so cozy for my family.

The facility was out dated and in need of repair. Paint pealing off ceiling in bathroom, fixtures torn off bathroom walls , curtains were falling apart and shredded, water stains around sprinkler head from previously leaking, carpets throughout the entire hotel in need of cleaning or replacement. Breakfast forwas horrible both days at 6:10 the eggs were cold the sausage was cold right out of the serving pan, on the first day, second day much the same but with even less selection no biscuit no bananas, turkey sausage was only choice. Overall I was extremely upset with the money spent for this room. Would not recommend or stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We were in town for my daughter’s wedding and the hotel was very close to the venue which made it super convenient. The rooms and shared areas were clean and quiet, and the staff very helpful. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

The beds were very comfortable, but the rest wasn't even average. The bathroom had mold, the toilet didn't flush and there were holes in the ceiling over the tub and rusted water fire valve where there may have been leak. The room needed a major update which is probably why the plug-ins on the lamps didn't work. I would not recommend and will not return.

We were primarily staying Lexington/Columbia, SC area to scout the area for real estate and determine if we wanted to move. There were plenty of activities close by. Very centrally located--could drive to beach or mountains in 2 hours or less.
The staff was awesome, especially Vishal and Charlie. Vishal even helped us take luggage out to our truck when we left. The room was exceptionally clean, and the breakfast buffet was absolutely wonderful. Wanda and Danielle kept the buffet area clean and filled with food. I would rate this hotel 10 stars out of 5 stars if I could. They went above and beyond what is expected. If I need a hotel in that area again I will definitely stay there!
I was in the town for a meeting and one of my colleagues informed me about this place. I was at the hotel from early evening to late morning.
Everyone at the hotel was friendly and efficient. The motel quality was nice enough. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean which is one of the important things I need.
The internet had good speed and conitvity, I was smoothly able to do my work.
I traveled with my daughter from NY and absolutely loved the hotel. It was clean, the staff was very sweet and helpful and my daughter loved the breakfast buffet. Our room was spacious and very clean. The location of the hotel is central to everything and is in the perfect spot. Would definitely stay there again!

Before bedtime we were pleasantly surprised to discover the town of Lexington put on a super nice fireworks show~and we enjoyed it in the privacy of our room.
The location, selection, and temperature was excellent. Thank you! Especially, during and after Covid, while staying at hotels, the breakfast selection has been extremely limited. It was wonderful to have hot food and hot coffee.
Good facility, helpful staff, pretty good breakfast. Great location. We liked the hotel. We did not get to use the heated indoor swimming pool, but it looked very inviting. The room and bathroom were very comfortable.
I work at the Michelin Tire plant in Lexington and its so convinent to stay here. The hotel is only one exit away and takes me less then 5 minutes to get there. The rooms are clean and the staff is great!
