Staff was very accommodating. That was a standout.
I have stayed here several times. Was not happy with all of the dogs allowed. If I wanted to stay in a place that smelled like dogs in the elevators I would buy a dog. I don’t think dogs belong in hotels , it’s offensive to others. Especially in eating areas.
Good value for the money. Hotel is an older property with basic accommodations and zero frills. Room and linens appeared to be clean. Fresh towels and washcloths furnished daily. Bed was made each day. A/C kept the room cool during hot, humid days.
In the time of covid we felt very safe at this hotel - we only saw people in the parking lot! The location was great, between a Buccees ( which had much needed gas during that shortage ) and a Bass Pro. We stayed here coming and going!
Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast had something for everyone, scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal, yogurt etc. Plenty of parking. Location was good with several restaurants in the area. Staff was very friendly.
I am not a breakfast person, but I do go down for juice and coffee, the coffee is great and the breakfast area is vey welcoming. The staff is very friendly, warm and welcoming.
