The property is designed to make your stay remarkable. It’s well maintained, rooms where very neat. The staff was very accommodating, particularly I’d like to mention the Kitchen chef, she was very nice and respectful. The hotel has a water dispenser, we did not have purchase water during our stay.

I was exhibiting at an event in Albany, so only stayed in Lebanon overnight. It seems depressed and dirty. Not many restaurant options. Unless you have family there, I would drive right on by, and not stop for anything.

It's a location destination, somewhere you go for business or, as in my case, to visit family. It's a small town with very little to do, no good restaurants and no real shopping. Not where you go unless you have to.

Lebanon is a small city of about 18,000 people.
Lebanon is a small city of about 18,000 people. It has a pleasant downtown but the main commercial area is on the south end of town along US Highway 20.
Be sure to check out the local Albany & Eastern Railroad's public excursion trains.

Visiting Brownsville was the goal of this overnight trip,...
Visiting Brownsville was the goal of this overnight trip, and the easy drive from Lebanon (about 20 minutes through scenic farmland) gave me plenty of time to explore Brownsville then spend a relaxing evening at the hotel. The restaurant is good and, if weather permits, dining outside is a treat since the beautiful garden and pond are right there to enjoy. I would have liked an extra day or two to drive around the countryside and see some of the covered bridges. It’s a short drive east of I-5, so even if you’re just passing through and looking for somewhere to stop for the night, this is a really nice place to stay.

This property is magnificent and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The design elements in this Hotel are impressive beyond compare. The Japanese Garden and waterfall area are the end to a perfect day. In all honesty, I would have paid 2 - 3 times as much for a comparable Hotel. I highly recommend this gem to anyone traveling through central Oregon. You won't want to leave and think you found paradise.
I am traveling with a medical condition and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my challenges, despite having other large groups in at the same time. Also fixed a Booking.com problem with the reservation. The Japanese garden and pond were really breathtaking and made for a lovely view. The suite was thoughtfully laid out and had everything I needed. Loved the fireplace, separation of sitting/working area and bedroom and the quiet refrigerator. Nice walk-in shower too.
The price: I was attending a three-day convention in a hotel at the north end of near-by Albany but could not afford the room rates. The room was well cleaned except for a left-over bar of soap on the tub/shower. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. My room was far enough from the adjacent US Highway 20 that the traffic noise was not bad.
Everything was perfect during our week stay! Susan, at check in was wonderful. Great breakfast, lots of choices, beautiful dining room and outside dining area. Our server, Day, provided excellent service. Our room was excellent. We enjoyed the pool area and jacuzzi.
Oh the house was GORGEOUS, very spacious, newly renovated and stocked full of all sorts of goodies. We had such a relaxing and delightful time. If I visit again, I will definitely stay here. Better than any hotel in the area hands down.
The room was very spacious and professional looking. Our hotel room had a full kitchen that I wasn't expecting to have. It really accommodated for our family and it is even pet friendly!
