The property is in a great location about halfway between Leavenworth and Cashmere. The staff were incredibly accommodating for an after-hours check in which was ultimately the most impressive part of the stay. Reasonable rates for what you get.

The Place was clean. The outdoor fire pit and the free smore packages were a nice added touch. The Hotel is in a great location for getting to the shops and restaurants.

It was SO cute and cozy!! It had everything we needed for a night’s stay. The reserved parking was great, prime location for everything! Loved the history of the building and the information provided about it at the property.

I liked the beauty of the landscape and the friendliness of the locals. The store in Plain was awesome and they had everything! I highly recommend the small bottles of moonshine, especially the orange creamsicle!
Leavenworth itself was too commercialized, too many people and tourists. In my opinion, it is overrated. I'd rather enjoy the surrounding area, it is so peaceful along the river and walking bridge that's outside the town of Plain.

We rode Amtrak from Seattle which required a two-night stay. We visited during an off-season but on a weekend. Many people visit on the weekends. The weather was warmer during our visit which was nice. We loved the mountain views and air. The shops were interesting. We enjoyed the visit but don't expect to return.

Leavenworth is the best little getaway to leave your normal life and get a taste of Germany and alpine life! Eat the Bratwurst, drink the beer, cruise through the shops and be a tourist in your own backyard!

We loved our stay.
We loved our stay. However, I'd recommend staying for 2 nights. Check out things happening during your visit. They do have fun events you might not want to miss! We enjoyed Patterson Cellars! We had flights of wine and live music! The Italian restaurant was amazing!!! (I can't remember the name)

Love how quiet Leavenworth is midweek, especially in the Winter. Check out the Reindeer Farm and a sleigh ride. Floating the river and then around blackbird island is a favorite during the summer, but pack your patience; parking is horrible. Check out the Enchantments, they are just that!

The town itself is beautiful and so are the mountains. But the town is only a 1-2 day town. It gets crowded at night even on weekdays. The parking is probably the worst part we bought sleds for $65 and only used them once. Would just advise going to one of the tubing places and renting. The snow turns to mud quick!! If you like German food you will definitely love the food. Cute shops with decent prices. The ginger bead house had amazing sugar cookies.
Very clean. Reception staff helpful and friendly. Beds very comfortable. Seemed like the whole hotel is newer as clean and modern. Nice indoor pool and hot tub area. Bonus hot tub outside. Included help yourself basic hot breakfast (Scrambled eggs, waffles, cereals, bagels, breads, yogurts, fruits, juices and coffee station) was a nice way to start the day. Safeway is immediately next door. The centre of Leavenworth is about a 10 minute walk.
A great little spot in a very expensive area, very good value for money. Everything was well maintained and exceptionally clean. The staff we spoke with were genuine, friendly and helpful. The balconies are a nice touch, some rooms have lovely mountain views and we sat watching ospreys circling in the evening. A great location, only 5 minutes into Leavenworth, it was also lovely a quiet despite being close to the highway.
Obertal Inn is my absolute favorite in Leavenworth! The location cannot be beat and we loved being a leisurely stroll to all that Leavenworth has to offer. In addition to this, the rooms are very clean and the beds are AMAZING! There was also a nice community balcony space with a beautiful view of the mountains while relaxing with friends. We will definitely be booking with Obertal again!
Not the most fancy of the hotels offered, but the location is money! Free parking and we were able to walk to everything! 5 mins on foot and you’re in the heart of Leavenworth activities shops and restaurants. Staff were all super friendly and our room was clean. Free breakfast offered. Pool was a great bonus it’s heated and inside a dome so was toasty!
This hotel had the best “good vibes” of any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff are incredible and super friendly, and the laid back atmosphere and beautiful backyard area and pool are amazing. I’ll come back to Leavenworth just to stay here again. And my puppy loved being there and getting a treat at check in!
Not having to deal with staff. The brewpub on premises was a very welcoming place. The gimmicky hammock strung diagonally across the otherwise comfortable bed was unusual. Great shower, bathroom was very nice. Ample parking surrounding the place. Easy walk to the rest of Disne...err, Leavenworth.
Excellent motel in downtown Leavenworth within walking distance of restaurants and the river/island trail. Clean, quiet and roomy. Two sinks - perfect for sharing the room. Nice balcony. Good, protein breakfast and tasty coffee. Loved the no-pet option when booking rooms - bravo!
The lodge is unique. Each room has a small deck on the back facing a cosy courtyard. Ours had really nice decor, two large Queen beds and a kitchenette area. It was really quiet. It is outside Leavenworth and out of the touristy bustle. The drive to and fro Leavenworth was enjoyable.
I really liked the location, especially being right on the river edge. The river sounds drowned out the traffic any other noise. It felt private and sitting outside was very relaxing. The location was about 5 mins from downtown Leavenworth, very short drive.
Loved the location of the Enzian Inn. It is a two-minute walk into downtown Leavenworth. The room was extremely clean; comfy bed, flatscreen TV, fridge, wardrobe. Rain shower and sleek soaking tub in the bath. Excellent buffet breakfast included!
