The rooms were spacious for them to be able to put two beds in one room, but the beds were also damaged. There were holes on the side boarding of the bed ! They can definitely update their furniture. The carpet was peeling up. It can definitely do a good renovation right now.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was very nice and the socials (free drinks and food from 5pm to 7 pm - monday - wednesday) were an added bonus. Near the final metro stop of the blue and silver line (Metro).

The hotel was A plus in customer Service, cost sufficient , save money for breakfast due to the complimentary breakfast, which is a huge plus. The fitness room was so needed and the pool. The hotel is near the center of malls and restaurants even if you didn’t have a transportation.

My family and I enjoyed our stay while we were waiting to move to our forever home. The hotel has very nice and full of amenities. It had a beautiful courtyard with a 2 gas grill area, fire pit, and indoor pool. There was plenty of grassy areas for dogs to run and play. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!

Be careful look at your bank statements, they overcharged my card and couldn’t explain why. I paid $119 + tax = $135.74+ $50 for the accidental fee which equals $185.75. They charged my card $218….. Don’t use your debit use your credit card.

The hotel is very close to everything you would need! Movie theater, restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, shopping plazas, it also has public transportation stops conveniently close to the hotel if you don't have your own. I was about 25 minutes from downtown DC! Super close to FedEx Field!

Our stay started with a surprise $200 fee applied to my credit card apparently in case we destroyed theroom. Then the fire alarm in our room went off because its right outside the bathroom door and the steam from the shower hit it. When we woke up the following morning there was a girl screaming outside our window and we looked out to see a girl getting beaten up. On most of visits the halls have reeked of marijuana and the parties are off the hook despite the " No party policy". Wont be going back after this trip.

I chose the location because of its proximity to the places I was needing to go. It was easily accessible, yet gave the feel of safe seclusion. It was close to the Metro and Uber response was quick.
The staff was personable. The facilities pleasant. I was in a single queen room and it was great. I liked the kitchenette with refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. It also had an iron and board.
The closet was not made for hanging dresses, the rod was at waist level better accommodating skirts and slacks. It did have useful shelving.
I'm not sure but the pandemic may have had an effect on services as the adjacent restaurant was closed. I never saw evidence of complimentary breakfast, but coffee and tea were always available.
As long as there are good links I stay away from downtown for better rates. Largo is a way out but the hotel is 5 mins walk from the excellent metro system and its only $13 for a one day pass. WIFI was great and room spacious and clean. Excellent hot shower. As my flight home was very late they kindly stored my bag and I went back later to collect it. The silver line goes all the way from Largo to Dulles with no changes. Apart from the note below was happy with the price

Breakfast area was very clean selection was good there was no meat choices when we dined but heard there was later on in morning. Hotel is very clean. Room was good, beds okay just surprised mattress are not in covered case's. Water pressure in shower sucks though ( my only complaint) pool was nice and warm. Location of hotel is great and walking distance to eateries and shopping
I loved everything about this hotel. The location was close to everything. The pictures from Booking.Com were exactly the same. The hotel was very clean, the staff were very nice & accommodating. I arrived two hours before check in time & there was a room available that I was able to get. The breakfast was hot & delicious. I just loved this place. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in this area.
It was clean and spacious throughout. The cost of laundry was also very reasonable at $4 per load to dry. It was a great value for the money, and it's close to public transportation to the Washington Largo station. There were a lot of malls and restaurants close to the hotel, which made it convenient for living.
Stayed here for eleven nights, pretty good for longer stays. Hotel is very clean with gorgeous lobby and friendly staff. Metro is twenty minute walk but quick to get to if you have a car or use Uber / Lyft. Not much to do in general area but DC is easy to get to.
