The hotel is newly decorated, very comfortable and impeccably clean. The staff is professional, friendly, effective. They have a shuttle service that was completely valued added. The driver took me to dinner and picked me up. And helped me retrieve an ATM card I left at a store. Service ABOVE and BEYOND, this driver was also the most well mannered man I might have ever met. GOOD JOB!

I got charged twice.
I got charged twice. I paid my booking though bookin.com and I told the lady at check in. She told me that that was just holding a 25 dollar deposit and that I had to pay at the property. The next day I was double charged. Now I’m out of the country and i am having to struggle with seeing who is going to refund my money

I liked the food & the ppl at my Hotel & smokeshop I visited employees were nice there. But the ppl that live in laredo tx aren't so polite. The local police department should let travelers enjoy their Family Trips without feeling harassed when that family is not from around. Not a very FAMILY FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT FOR children. Too much swearing in Spanish from local ppl. The CRIME IN LDO TX IS CRAZY PPL STEAL ALOT & DOMESTIC VIOLENCE CASES locals say the LPD the local police department DOESN'T DO MUCH FOR JUSTICE OR TO HELP THE COMMUNITY TO FEEL SAFE. The Food tastes delicious & prices are reasonable. We ate tacos, chicken from Pollo Feliz, went shopping @ HEB. Getting around Laredo is easy. After you put directions on your Google maps on your cellphone. Next time I would AVOID staying for LONGER TIME visiting that city.

The stay was excellent. The staff was very friendly especially the security guard. I've stayed at other hotels namely family garden Inn and I would be interrogated every time I stepped out of my room. I recommend motel 6 give that man a raise .

I just had to stay overnite. I have no issue with Laredo.
I just had to stay overnite. I have no issue with Laredo. But The motel was another thing. It was not well lid. The hole on the wall was priceless. The shower was leaking. The tub was bad too. It had sealant on the actual tub. The towels were missing for the shower. The reception was not the most friendly. The whole motel was not well lid. I booked for 2 nights but I will not ever return there even if I have to take the loss for that one night. I most certainly WILL NOT recommend it to no one.

Laredo is a border town still coming back from the pandemic. The people I met were friendly and courteous. Personally, I had business to attend to, otherwise there would have been no reason to visit the town.
The Counter Staff Member Was Excellent, Assisting Me and Requesting a Wonderful Restaurant For Dinner. With Myself Being a Truck Driver, She Made The Accommodations To Place Me On a QUIET FLOOR and Had The Room Attendance To Make Sure My Suite Had Extra Clean Towels and Linens. As I Entered The Suite, There Was a "Welcome To Our Hotel" Package (Bottled Water, Candy and a Greeting Card) EXTREMELY Professional

I simply love the cleaningness of the room, smelled fresh which not all hotels I have stayed that aroma. Location is outstanding and when I had to go to my terminal the shuttle driver, well, she was exceptional and her presence was extremely welcoming. I will stay again just because of her and staff. Well done management.
Nothing. Seriously, this place should not be open for business. It is filthy, disgusting, and they take advantage of people who cannot find availability in other hotels/motels around the area because apparently it's a very busy town and some people drive for very long distances and just need a bed to crash in.
The newly renovated rooms on the fourth floor were modern but unfinished. The bed was comfy and a nice sitting section with love-seat and a desk then a large bathroom
