Location is amazing, rooms are modern and well equipped (lots of good coffee), outside areas are sublime (especially around sunset). Staff could not be more helpful and genuine. Booked an additional day because it was so good.

Cute little town.
Cute little town. Please ty of place to eat and close to grocery store and other stores if needed. The diving center is located perfectly next to our hotel. We ate at the Big Chill next door and they had a band that was great and we watched the sun set. Perfect spot for kids also

Key Largo was nice.
Key Largo was nice. Closest enough to the airport without too long of a drive to Key West. Good location with a State park 15 minutes north and Theatre of the Seas 15 minutes to the south. The national parks are just an hour away, so everything was convenient.

First and foremost — the muffins and frittatas(?)
First and foremost — the muffins and frittatas(?) were a huge hit. Easily the best part of the stay. Having fresh from the oven food available in the morning, smelling the muffins from my room. The parking was easily accessible, the walk to the beach through the “gardens” was short but cutely decorated. The hammocks were a nice addition and could hold two people at once. The kayaks were free, the paddle boards weren’t. Most kayaks were two-people kayaks and one was a single person kayak. Caught barracuda and mangrove snapper right on the dock. Noise level was great for a family. No party scene. Easy to relax. The staff was knowledge about the area, recommended great places. All were very friendly.

Nice quieter location to spend vacation in the keys.
Nice quieter location to spend vacation in the keys. Lots of great restaurants to dine at. Jimmy Johnsons "The Big Chill" and C&C woodfired Pizza and The Fisheries, the Pilot House, and the Fish house all very good food.
The Suite was bright and exceptionally clean. Great attention to detail from the management team. The waterside is impressive - calm, romantic, and equipped with comfortable beach furniture and bbq facilities. Kayaks and bikes available for guests to use. It’s a well looked after hotel; freshly decorated which makes it stand out from other hotels we visited in the Keys. Although no catering is available on premises Management offered recommendations for the best eateries nearby.
Room was clean and fairly recently redecorated. Good shower and bed was comfortable. However its all very basic and not trying to be up market. I would class it more as a motel than a hotel. The bar area is very Florida Keys.
