Breakfast lady is so nice. The room was clean and stocked up with extra clean towels. The maids were very helpful. The front desk staffs were friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

The app said breakfast but they did not have breakfast currently, the location was sketchy, a lot of homeless around and outside buildings. A car window was smashed out when we pulled in. The hair dryer didn’t work, tub was dirty and we kept getting scam calls throughout the night on the rooms telephone line.

The best thing about kent is the fact that nearly every species of mushroom edible and medicinal that I know of grows there in abundance. The worst thing about Kent is there's garbage lining every street and all the parks are filled with needles . And with the exception of immigrants and homeless people nobody will stop to help a person in need of assistance.

Good location to hub from both for events and restaurants. Easy access to highway. Shopping and entertainment close by. Our family enjoyed the NHRA speed races and had a fabulous dinner at Daniels Broiler in Bellevue. Go hungry!!
Was an OK hotel, but on leaving I asked for a cab to the airport. The receptionist stated this was not company policy. I had a UK cell phone which was not connecting to USA numbers. I asked if she could call me a cab, she refused. I asked if I could use the phone and call my own cab, she refused. I had to contact a colleague to call me a cab to the hotel. My stay cost over $500 for 3 nights, they cant drop 25 cents to call a cab? Very small change mentality.
it was clean and very inviting! Beds were very comfortable. Both the indoor spa & sauna were open to guests. Felt “normal” as most hotels have shut down.
I booked my stay for 1 night so I could be “close” to Harborview Trauma Unit. I ended up rebooking 4 more nights.

Booked Hampton Inn for an overnight stay in Seattle and was happily surprised at the roomy suite that I received! Lush, roomy room with a "separate" sitting room and amazing desk dividing sitting and sleeping areas. Staff were also very accommodating, attentive and friendly.
On a side note, BBQ Pete is literally a 2 min walk from hotel if you're into award-winning, gut busting KC style BBQ.
Was my honeymoon I reserved the suite and we ending sleeping in the car because the rental my room went we arrived the don't have the room and I paid for the worst night the supost be the happiest but no 😔 😭 n3ver again in the hotel

They charge me $247 when was only $147, the guy told me $100 deposit but is been more than 5 days and I don’t have my deposit back, I send message to the hotel and nothing
