Very disappointed with the facility, the staff knew about bedbug problem and did not inform guest. Staff was well aware of issue and decided some rooms were cleaner than others, who does that, without getting problem fixed before guest have to discover issue. Carpet was filthy, not sure when the last time it was shampooed. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again!!!

KC is pretty cool.
KC is pretty cool. Lots of entertainment options from concert venues to museums, bars and restaurants not to mention all the sports options. I was there twice in the last few months to go to concerts and visited the Federal Reserve Money Museum on one of the trips. Driving around downtown is a little tricky with all the road construction going on but it's not too bad, there are street cars and plenty of public transportation however. Lot's of people walking around downtown for a Thursday night! Some nice parks in the city as well. Not really a destination city but worth checking out if your passing through.

Check in was quick and easy. I love biscuits with sausage gravy and got very excited that they offered it at breakfast. However, I later discovered that the staff opened it from the can and poured into the serving tray. The biscuits and gravy were cold and not heated. Otherwise, the stay was good.

Kc's a great town, lots of great places to eat, drink, and just enjoy yourself. Don't forget to eat at Q39, my favorite bbq in KC. Also try to go and see local live music in this town Samantha Fish is awesome if she's in town, don't miss her.

So beautiful at Christmas on the plaza so many sites and restaurants and shops the view from our hotel when it started snowing was the perfect effect 😍 a very romantic evening. The hotel had a great bar and restaurant, for breakfast we walked to the cup and had great coffee and food was delish.

I visited the Zoo, Union Station and The World War I museum they were all very interesting with helpful and friendly staff. The Negro League Museum is a must for any baseball fan. A ride on the Street Car is a great way to get the lay of the land and it's free. Kanas City is know for Barbeque and it's fantastic , I love Gates, but it has some much more. It is a city of great restaurants. of all ethnicities all offering that famous mid-western hospitality
The hotel is absolutely beautiful. So much art all around. I loved that they kept many of the original features of the old Savoy hotel like stair railings, paneled doors, windows, etc. This hotel is a perfect blend of an old classic building with a beautiful modern twist. The location is great, right smack in downtown near many bus and rail lines. Public transportation is free in Kansas City and we saved a ton of money by choosing to ride the bus instead of using Uber or Lyft everywhere.
I booked the room knowing nothing about Kansas City and was nervous that it would be…let’s just say not the best. I was pleasantly surprised to see how new the hotel was! Clean, safe, easy to find, close to access for everything that we wanted to do in Kansas City. I will recommend this property! Next time, I’ll bring my pets. Website said no pets but they are actually allowed. I could have remedies this with a quick phone call but that’s fine!
We were really impressed with the fitness center - not something we typically notice, but this one was above and beyond with equipment (weights & cardio), but also Pelaton bikes which we tested out. Very nice! We did not try the breakfast from the hotel but went to the onsite restaurant (Red Bakery I think??) and they had great quick breakfast options. Awesome location to walk or drive most places in downtown KC. Highly recommend!!
This hotel met our needs for one night for being close to Country Club Plaza without being outrageously expensive. The staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating for a late checkout. The breakfast had lots of choice, clean and kept up to date. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
Check in was quick and location is of course close to the airport. Staff was very respectful and gave well thought out recommendations to me and other customers. A friend picked me up from the airport, but taking the shuttle from the hotel to the airport was extremely convenient
Lovely hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was very large, clean and comfortable. Wine at the bar was very reasonably priced. Airport shuttle was on time, and driver was friendly... even while being mistreated by a hotel guest from another hotel wanting to go shopping.
Liked the kindness of the staff. Hotel was clean and accommodating . Loved that I could call at the airport and they picked me up at the airport. In the morning the manager jumped in the van and dropped us off right at the rental car front door.
Location was a bit far to the airport, i can suggest when orient the custom focus olso on the airport location. I never taken the breakfast during my stay because i didn't know when is the starty or end of breakfast. The rest was good in general
