Trip went as planned.
Trip went as planned. Light rain while visiting Precious Moments chapel.
Staying here you will be treated good by staff.
Motel is close to anything I would have ever needed. We found a way to visit a few parks. Had Habachi Steak & Shrimp at Tokyo Steak House. North Range Line Street.

Filthy, abandoned buildings and homes, homeless, drug dealers, drug heads and prostitution everywhere, rude and hateful locals. Most attractions were closed down and camping sites were overrun with homeless people in tents. No law enforcement in sight. Joplin Missouri is basically just gas stations and hotels nothing worth seeing.

Joplin is a very nice town and easy to get around. We were passing through on our way to Bella Vista. We loved the location as we got in late and wanted a nice dinner, which we got at Cheddars, I highly recommend the restaurant, excellent food, great staff and prices were very good.

Joplin is a good weekend getaway.
Joplin is a good weekend getaway. We went to the local waterfall and had a wonderful time taking pictures and climbing on the rocks. We absolutely loved Roller City for the skating and laser tag. Their laser tag option was nice laser guns and made for a great day of family fun. We also stopped at the civil war battle site in Carthage which was small but informative for our history buffs. I even dropped into the Precious Moments chapel which was cute and really informative about the artist and his life. The grounds are beautiful and it felt like a great piece of Americana. We drove on Route 66 as well. In past trips, I have gone to Oceans of Adventure which the little ones just loved. So, plenty to do for a 3-day weekend adventure.

The room had to be heated, there was excessive noise from pounding to voices. The bathroom had no heat, water from the shower got on the bathroom floor. The bathrooms in the lobby did not work. The breakfast area had nothing but out of order signs tacked onto the equipment.
It was perfect! Loved the location right off of the expressway, decor, room size and amenities. The breakfast was good. The hotel was very clean and our room smelled really good. We will definitely stay at this location again on our next trip to Texas. I hope all of the Hilton Home2Suites are as good as this one.
This hotel was the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed at.... the floors were so greasy... there was hair everywhere dirt and grime everywhere..... someone kept pounding on my door through out the nite..... I literally went to restroom and straight to the bed..... I will never stay here again.
Extremely clean for a pet friendly hotel. I travel with a non shedding labradoodle and have always been given pet rooms with previous pet hair left behind.
You’d never know this is a pet friendly hotel. Will definitely stay here again! Staff was extremely awesome and very friendly.
The hotel was conveniently located near I 44 and close to numerous restaurants and bars. It has a restaurant/ bar attached to it. Which was good.
The hotel also had brand new laundry facilities, which I wasn't aware of, but took advantage of.
