We visited Jacksonville University. It was a very lovely campus. Definitely a school I would want to attend or want my child to attend. We visited Neptune Beach during our stay. Parking can be tricky but when you find your spot the walk down to the beach wasn't bad at all. We got some wonderful photos and enjoyed a nice walk. The area we were in wasn't as cramped and crowded as we thought it would be. We would definitely go back. We are at Ruby Tuesdays next to the hotel. The waiter was a cut up. Lol. The strip where our hotel had many hotels to choose from.

I lived here 20 years ago. It's not the same place, some good/some bad. Traffic is a nightmare on I95 thanks to the never-ending construction that seems to be the bigger problem than what they are trying to fix,

Didnt like too much. We had no hot water after traveling for hours from Florida, had to wait until late at night to shower. Floors were disgusting and so were the doors, nothing was clean and the door was very dirty. I would never recommend anyone to stay there.

We often visit Jacksonville for shows, concerts or football games. We usually stay up near the airport where there are many hotels and it's a short 15 min drive to downtown. The Landings area has dropped many of its restaurants and is not the vibrant center that it once was. Airport area has a huge shopping/dining center (River City Marketplace) with something for everyone. Access to the stadium/Daily's Place, arena and Center for the Performing Arts downtown is easy with plenty of parking.

If you are looking for a great hotel to stay at while in Jacksonville, please check out the Holiday Inn express off of Mayport rd. They have spa rooms, breakfast, a fitness center and its minutes away from the beaches. The staff is very professional and friendly. Also, if you are looking for good eats check out the Gumbo man his food is amazing especially if you're looking for that Louisiana taste.

Has my granddaughter said everybody was so kind and nice even in the community. We also went on a cruise and it was wonderful and it was great with all the assistance that we had from our Uber driver as well as our stay at the Inn was great we had a fabulous time
A room near the airport for our last night. The staff made the difference. We got lost getting there and called and the attendant helped us and confirmed they were expecting us. Room is small but for a last night was pleasant with comfortable bed. Breakfast opens early, 5:30am, although somewhat limited in options. Airport shuttle service very good. we went to the airport to return rental at night and called to get a ride back to hotel in a clean van no problem. Staff at front desk was attentive and in good mod.
I requested a jacuzzi and did not get it. I requested Southside location did not get it. Manage and everyone said basically, if you don’t like it leave, we’ll issue a refund oh but you’ll have to wait 3 to 5 business days. Because if my travel I was tired I tried to make the best of it but because they were soooo accommodating, I didn’t stay at all I checked that night. The manager shrewd, ridgit, unconcerned, and unaccompanied. Will I come back? No ! I felt misled, deceived, and trapped,
I tell you what breakfast was not bad for What Little it was. But very nutritional.. the location is pretty convenient for the highway being right there places to eat other hotels a couple restaurants Nice little Drive tapped off on its own spot of the vastness around it. I would do it again I am trying to right now I don't know how to check my phone LOL hopefully see you soon
We've booked this Hotel because it is 10 minutes from the JAX airport. We stayed 4 nights and we enjoyed ourselves a lot. The room was very big and comfortable. You can find plenty of good restaurants within walking distance of the Hotel. The breakfast was tasty but could have more variety.
We also got a free ride to the airport which was awesome.
The room was small but had everything I needed. There was a distinct smell which they tried to cover up with air freshener. Very close to the airport and they provide a shuttle to and from it, free of charge. I was able to leave my car here while I flew out of Jacksonville and only had to pay $3 a day. Had no problems upon my return.
This hotel was in a good location for a soccer tournament we were attending. It was very clean and modern and the room was very comfortable. The beds were nice and the bathrooms had everything we needed. The Smart TV worked well. The staff was very pleasant.
The only good thing about this hotel is the shuttle bus driver that picked us up from the airport. She was sweet and funny we had a great conversation on the way to the hotel but when we got to the hotel that’s where the good ended
It was located right across the street from the concert venue we attended. The only thing that was a concern was that there was no place to eat. The hotel restaurant was booked. So we wound up getting hot dogs at the concert venue.
I like that there's no pets allowed in the facility, not that I don't like pets. The facility was so clean and smelled so fresh, one of the cleanness hotels I've been in,in Jacksonville. It was very nice one of the best
