There's nothing really wrong with it but it's astonishingly expensive for a roadside motel, and the aircon doesn't really work (the front desk were unsurprised to hear this when I phoned them!). The staff are fairly dismissive too. If you're going to pay this sort of megabucks I'd recommend staying in central Jackson, at least you'll have everything on your doorstep. I met a trio who were charged 800 dollars for one night here. 800 dollars! I felt lucky.

Jackson Hole is an expensive place to visit. We preferred to spend our money at local restaurants and stores so booked this cheaper hotel of the ones listed on Booking.com. It's just some where clean to stay. The room was tiny and had been recently renovated. The floor coverings of the entire unit is Lino, no rugs so its a fairly sparce vibe. It's fine, just don't expect the Hilton.

Location is literally in the square, decor is high end luxury cabin motif, outdoor hot tub is large and hot and stays open until 9pm, rooftop terrace has breathtaking views, outdoor fire was pretty, walking distance to everything literally, even the snow king mountain. The lobby lounging area is beautiful and cozy and they keep the fireplace going nice and strong. They have board and card games available for families to play in the lobby, Each floor had a complimentary station that was stocked with different types of trail mix, chips, sparkling water, drinking water, energy bars, and coffee all free of charge and unlimited self serve. A homemade ice cream shop was across the street and it was phenomenal.

Loved Jackson Hole Wyoming! The town square is a fun place to shop, has wonderful cafes, coffee shops and bars. Beautiful views in every direction. Very western look and feel but with a trendy vibe. Friendly people and service providers. Check out the Million Dollar Cowboy Bar! Must visit Grand Teton National Park. I felt very safe during my entire stay 🎉

Down town was busy every time we when the square will nice.
Down town was busy every time we when the square will nice. We ate at the silver dollar it was a good meal & the price was reasonable. We had a few drinks at the million dollars saloon even if you don’t drink it worth going into to look at all the history. We did the sled ride at the Elk refuge it was worth the price. If you are there on Friday are Saturday go to the local hockey game it’s a little redneck & it only 10.00 dollars on line are 15.00 at the door.

I enjoy really Jackson.
I enjoy really Jackson. It's surrounded by mountains and lakes with plenty of activities to do in nature both winter and summer; snowshoeing, skiing, snowmobiling, fishing, biking, camping...
The town has an old western/modern feel with galleries, t-shirts shops, unique stores, restaurants and bars. The main square has an ice skating rink in winter were we were lucky to see an ice skating show one night. The town provides a nice contrast to the nature surrounding it. It's a perfect jumping off point for exploring the Grand Tetons National Park and Yellowstone, or the National Elk Refuge. There is also a really cool snow roller coaster at the Snow King Mountain resort in town worth checking out.

I loved the Rustic Inn.
I loved the Rustic Inn. Our room was perfect with the log cabin on the creek with beautiful views. The breakfast was a great start to the day. The only negative experience we had was with the bartenders. All of the other employees were amazing!!!! I definitely would recommend this resort and I would stay there again!!!
The property was spotless and the accommodations were wonderful. Our room was very quiet and we had housekeeping every day. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurant. We thought the prices were inline with other restaurants in the area. The staff was extremely pleasant and very helpful. There were many restaurants and grocery stores in the immediate area where we purchased subs or dinner. The location allowed us to circumvent the busy Jackson Hole city traffic.
The decor is so cute! We loved all of the miner/mountain/rustic features and couldn't stop playing with the wordsearch wall art. The location was A+. Easy to walk to Baap, Annies, Big Hole and downtown.
The water pressure is intense, and the water heats up to boiling. WiFi was decent but slow at times. The employees are super helpful and accommodating. Pets, welcome for $40/stay. Didn't get a chance to try the hottub or pool but it looked like others were enjoying it.
The location of the property is great! You can easily walk to downtown Jackson where all of the shops, restaurants and bars are. I also loved that it is dog friendly and our pups could join us on this trip. Also it’s just a 20 minute drive from Jackson Hole. While the cabins are small they are thoughtfully laid out with everything you could need and they do feel spacious! The breakfast in the morning is perfect for grab and go before hitting the slopes.
The location is perfect. We love downtown Jackson hole, one of our favorite small towns. Price of rooms though, is high. I know it’s season, but the room quality is not $500, that is price gouging. Unfortunately, the rate is consistent for the entire town, but that doesn’t make it right.
.
This is the best hotel I've ever sleep so far.
the bed is super comfy, the room is super dean. The location is great. The gesture to provide sleep Spray Is the best Flat Creek Inn can do for their guests.
Hope to be back soon!

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and well stocked. The free snacks were a nice added touch. It was close to town, but not in busy area. Prices were better than hotels in town which are ridiculous in Jackson Hole. Beautiful views of Elf Refuge and mountains.
We had a little king cabin to ourselves. It had a kitchenette and a mini fridge. A small couch and tv in the front room. Rustic cabin aesthetic with chairs to sit on the porch. Breakfast options were great! Right downtown Jackson for location
Nice place in Jackson. The bunks offer somewhat privacy with curtains.
Toilets and showers are clean. It is quite expensive considering what you get for the price.
But, it is also considerably cheaper compared to other places in Jackson.
The location was great, the staff were very accommodating, plenty of towels, free coffee in the hotel office, comfortable beds, and private bathrooms. If you want to be in Jackson Hole, Cache House is the ONLY budget option.
Great breakfast. Has 2 hot tubs and a sauna which were wonderful after skiing all day. Shuttle leaves from in front of the hotel and will take to to jackson hole for $3 each way. Concierge service anywhere in town.
Breakfast was included which is nice and there were three shuttles to take you to Jackson Hole each morning and back in the afternoon. Location is not too bad being only a few blocks to the centre of town.
Great location and setting. Comfortable cabin with good essential amenities. Pool, gym and hot tub on site. A short walk into Jackson hole with great restaurants and shops.
Overall, the hotel was pleasant. Nice room with separate lounge area. Even had a small, stocked kitchen. Staff were helpful. Great location to Jackson hole.
