We traveled for a doctors visit in the heart of Pittsburgh.
We traveled for a doctors visit in the heart of Pittsburgh. This location was just close enough without all the traffic we’ve had to deal with on previous stays. We traveled with a three year old and had a park and playground within 15 minutes, and the Pittsburgh zoo was about 30 minutes away. Very quiet area.
It's hard to write a thorough review as we were only here for 8 hours before an early morning flight. Hotel was quiet and clean, room was spacious and had everything you would need for a longer stay. There are lots of places to eat and shop within a five - 10 minute drive and you could even walk to some places. The proximity to the airport without the price tag of the hotel at the airport is the real value. We took our two dogs and there are lots of grassy areas to walk them.
The young man that checked us in, Tavon, hope I spelled that right was wonderful. Very detailed about the property and the amenities. Extremely friendly and professional. I stay at many high end hotels and his demeanor was tops and his customer service was excellent.
Rooms are well equipped and clean. The only issue we had was the water pressure in the shower. I told front desk upon checkout. Should be an easy fix. Will stay here again.
The man who checked us in was very nice. The hotel seems to have potential but maybe understaffed. The area was nice and quite which was also very nice. Many places to go to for quick bites to eat and everyday shopping.
We love the rooms at this location. The staff was great. The location of the hotel is perfect for our visits to Pittsburgh. love that the hotel is dog friendly, with large areas for walking and going to the potty.
The manager was willing and did ease my fears as I was booked in another hotel that did not meet my expectations by allowing me to view the room before I actually paid to make sure it met my standards
Booked based on location. After a long day of birthday activities with our son, it was nice to out of the city. Hotel was quiet for the most part. The kitchen area was nice and clean.
Rooms were comfortable and quite spacious. Ample parking and hotel was close to shopping and restaurants. Approximately 16 minutes from PNC Field which was great for us!
