ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!!!DO NOT STAY HERE. I booked online and when I got there the staff at the front desk tried to make me pay him extra in cash saying I have to pay a refundable CASH fee for damages yet when u do you’re booking online the price breakdown shows they charge an already $60 extra for damages…. When I told him that he said it wasn’t true yet when I pulled out my phone to show him what the price breakdown says he retreated what he said about paying and extra $40 cash for damages and gave me my room key and proceeded to tell me that me and my kids should be careful not to damage anything…I get to my room and the couch is disgusting and caving in, in the middle, there were stains all over the bed sheets the mini fridge did not work and the shower barely even worked. But had the audacity to tell me and my children not to damage anything knowing that the room they gave me was a piece of shit. These people clearly only want to get over on their guest, please do not book here, you will regret it.

The breakfast was ok. From the photo on the site it looked like there were more options. But it was ok. The front desk was very nice. Thank you for accommodating our dogs. I did not see the email that 1 dog was the limit until later in the day when we were already in route. So thank you for making the exception. I like that the hotel was located by so many shopping areas incase we needed anything. The water pressure in the shower was AMAZING! Our room was quiet. We did not hear any neighbors. The only thing we would here is a plane once in a while.

We were given a handicapped accessible room even though we didn't request one and found it unusual that the bathroom had a seat for a handicapped person but it was in a tub - not a walk in type of shower.

Horn Lake was nice. The area has lots to do and see.
Horn Lake was nice. The area has lots to do and see. It is also close to Memphis which has even more to see and do. Golden Corral, ihop, casinos, Longhorn steakhouse and more. Goodman Rd is one of the main streets and it has a variety of eateries and shopping ops. Also Tanger outlet Mall is right off Goodman Rd.

The hotel entrance was very inviting. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The indoor pool was nice but could have been a little cleaner in the area. The walls seem to be a little thin since we could hear people all around us and above us as well as outside talking in the middle of the night. The beds were nice to sleep in and the room was a good size for us all. All in all it is a good hotel to stay at.

My favorite spot was the Memphis Bar-B-Que company, the area is great for family outings and shopping, Horn Lake is easy to get around, it is a high traffic area, but is quiet while resting. Chuckie Cheese is in the area for kids, skating is not far, movie theaters are available in the area too.
I booked the hotel by accident and straight away I tried to change the dates that suited also contacting BOOKING.COM to do so, and neither company would reply or confirm the change of dates required. I therefore needed to cancel the booking and spoke directly with staff at the hotel who said that would not be a problem, nor a charge due to how much notice I was giving. They still charged me a cancelation fee. Ridiculous.
My husband & I had an amazing time here during our extended weekend stay. The food exceeded our expectations. The couple of stays at other hotels we’ve had since the pandemic have been lackluster to say the least. The breakfast options were great, but then to add their “KickBack” in the evenings?! Incredible! Wherever our next trips may be, I’m searching for a Drury nearby. Thank you!
The location was convenient, I went to the Landers Center and it was only a few miles away. The highway was backed up but there was an alternative route from the same street as the hotel. The hotel provided flyer to local attractions and menus for local restaurants. I really enjoyed my stay.
The room was much bigger than I realized, very clean, had an amazing breakfast…definitely the best value hotel we’ve stayed at. We’ve paid more at other hotels for 1/2 the quality and service at Drury. I highly recommend and we would definitely stay again.
Very clean hotel. The showers have soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers mounted on the wall, so they don’t spend a lot on people taking little trial size things they’ll never use. The bed and pillows were comfortable.
Everything about the hotel was excellent, from the room to the surrounding area to the comfort of the bed it was so nice I will be returning to Days Inn when I come back to Southaven. Best stay ever.
Breakfast was good. Room was nice and cozy. The staff Brandy that checked me in was very friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurants in the area. Hotel was clean upon arrival especially the lobby area.
The entire staff was courteous and friendly! They accommodated our every need! The rooms and hotel were both very clean and smelled so fresh! Overall this was one of my best trips to MS!
