Was not impressed with the staff, breakfast was featured as a free benefit, yet there was none. Hairdryer was broken and no alternative was offered. Blackout curtains were 4 inches too short, so sunlight streamed to the room at daybreak. This was especially annoying, since my flight was six hours delayed and I was looking forward to a restful sleep. I had alerted the hotel staff to my late arrival, and checked in again, when I arrived at the airport, with phone call alerting them to further delays.

Staff was great!
Staff was great! Allowed us to check in early without prior arrangements which made it extremely convenient! We were able to spend the entire day on the beach AND than we were able to spend the evening on the Coney Island Boardwalk :-)
We didn't need a 5-star hotel; we needed a clean room and a bed, because we were visiting with family nearby for the weekend.
Our room was clean (no bad smell), convenien (10 minutes to family), and the bed was comfortable. The people I had interchange with at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.
It was perfectly as we expected in the price range of the room. Would stay there again!
Maybe was just luck that it was quiet. With motels and hotels it’s all the good or bad luck of who else is staying there and whether it’s a party night of the week like Sat night. Room itself was comfortable as far as I can recall. The other staff were fine except the one that kept me waiting - see below.
I really liked it a lot because it is very clean and the service. The girl at the entrance to the reception was very nice, very helpful and the hotel was really what I was looking for, it has a good room with clean beds and clean sheets and very comfortable

Upon arrival we were greeted by Dustin who was the most cordial and funny front desk employee I have ever encountered in a hotel. Dustin is honestly a great asset to your hotel!
We did not have breakfast. The hotel location was right off of the highway. The staff was incredibly friendly. The hotel was clean, the beds were comfy.
