Accommodated perfect for my mom's difficulty with tubs the bathroom was exceptional in size with walk-in shower with seat and on the first floor. Front desk Staff was very help at our check in. And as we learned as we get Mom settled I had to use the restroom but with one twist and pull the knob to the restroom was now in my hand. 💡I noticed the cleaning crew still had their laundry door open and I immediately was met with maintenance who replaced the knob, but noticed there was probably too many paint layers as the door would rub. So other then that I'm glad the hot tub was working and warm my boys loved it.

Personally I wish the hot tub worked, but undergoing renovations throughout the entire property, there were alot of scattered unfinished areas that seemed odd as during our stay we never saw workers actually working these areas. And having to walk through only the front doors due to no other doors opened from the outside with room key. And my room seemed to had prior water damage as I saw staining and prior repair had been made. I also found it odd that the elevators had carpet that looked and smelled like the early 90s

Our "key" to our room was faulty.
Our "key" to our room was faulty. We needed to get help to get into our room at 10PM. The building was in the process of being remodeled. The pool and spa were unavailable. The carpets were dirty. The "bag breakfast" was processed junk food. We were given a pepperonni Hop Pocket for breakfast! :(

We stayed for less than an hour & that was too long.
We stayed for less than an hour & that was too long. There was no towels, no tp, snot on the walls, the room smelt like smoke, cigarette burns in the bed. The tv in the in the 1st room didn't work so they moved us 2 doors down. It was disgusting. We realized every room had glaring issues which could not be over looked & we couldn't stick it out for the night that we had originally reserved & wanted a refund for leaving which the staff refused.

Really bad hotel they should update their Pictures. The owner of the hotel is very rude and so are his employees. Very Dirty place and dirty rooms. The card keys they Give you do not work. You have to keep going downstairs to get a different card it’s just ridiculous.

It was all right it could have had continental breakfast though they only had old coffee the room was very clean and comfortable the bed was that the ground was very hot no AC was on when we walked in and there was no iron in the room we had to call the front desk to get one

I made two reservations thru booking.com.
I made two reservations thru booking.com. There were no issues while I was there but today I was charged an additional fee days later. I spoke to the office and they told me the rate had changed although I had already prebooked online. I called the front office and the lady was rude told me that the other lady in the front office didn’t tell her that I had already made a reservation and that I was being charged. She later asked what did I want her to do and I explained to her that I have my booking info and confirmation and that she can’t just do that. She proceeded to get loud and tell me she’s gonna refund me and before I got anything else out she hung up in my face. I was nothing but nice I cleaned up my room after I left and checked out early so for them to be so rude and charge me extra when I didn’t buy anything in room is uncalled for. Besides the staff my room smelled like cigarettes and dog urine and the bed sheets and spreads were still dirty and riddled with burn marks
The room size was okay, but the ventilation fan in the shower was so noisy that it made me question life choices. The washbasin was placed outside the bathroom and was incredibly small, making it difficult to organize my toiletries that I brought along. They offered a free breakfast with scrambled eggs and bacon, but surprisingly, there were no waffles. The hotel is located near the highway, so the noise was somewhat tolerable.
Perfect budget hotel with nice spacious room recently renovated. Towels are a bit small but they provide extra towels on request. Very clean. Guest coin laundry is very convenient. Reception staff and housecleaning staff all very nice and helpful. Location is great, close to highway and to stores (Target across the street) and many restaurants in the Union Landing shopping area.
The location is amazing. There is shopping, food and transportation near by a bus stops right in front of the hotel. The staff was VERY friendly. The room was clean and smelled great. The breakfast was good except the pork links don't eat those other than that great breakfast options.
Henry and Krishna were lovely. They made me fill welcome in there motel. Good location with plenty of food nearby. It’s a nice alternative to stay in Hayward if you don’t want all the hustle and bustle you find elsewhere in the Bay Area but still has plenty of services nearby.
The location of the hotel and free parking were the advantages. There were washing and drying machines but I have not used them. The security was always present in and out of the hotel and made us feel comfortable.
It was quiet area, room was decent, overall it was a wonderful stay and the area was nice. Plus theres a pizza place next door and a 7-eleven so bonus in my opinion. We had a wonderful time and pricing was decent.
We like the price, for the area it's in. Room was clean, had a microwave, frig. Places in walking distance to go to get food, gas, or snacks. Love that parking lot is well lit n gated.
The location of the hotel was excellent! It is situated near shopping and parks. The breakfast every morning was fresh and delicious. Couldn't have asked for better!
