Room was very spacious and very quiet - surprising considering its proximity to the interstate. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The onsite restaurant served delicious spanish influenced food and drink and was a very friendly place for a lone traveller to eat.

Hawthorne is so close to the airport, Gardena, Inglewood, & Los Angeles that anything that you would like to do, is doable- and with minimal travel time. Additionally, although we used an Uber this time, the next time I will definitely get a rental.

The convenience store on site had six shelves of overpriced snacks. Example: small bag of cookies was $3.50. You pay for it at the front desk. Make sure to bring shampoo, conditioner and hand soap because the dispenser has Dial antibacterial soap. Yes, I am talking about the liquid orange one! A HOTEL SETTING SHOULD BE NOT OFFERING FREE TOILETRIES THAT CAN STRIP YOUR SKIN!! In summary this is a place to sleep after the concert if you don’t want to pack all of your comforts and treasures from home for your vacation. There is a Walgreens across the street if you need baby wipes to take a ho bath in the sink SINCE THEY CANT PLUNGE THE TUB OR FIX CLOGGING ISSUES IN THE DRAIN!!! You should get your food and snacks there too since the microwave doesn’t work. They have an ironing board and linens too. You will need it since they couldn’t provide clean linens and a place to iron your clothes. Hell, stay at Walgreens and then sleep at this place when your eyelids get heavy. If you do go through with visiting, make it your mission to convince these people to turn themselves in to the police for impersonating hotel owners! It’s just down the street!

We have family there so it was good to see them and be close. I enjoyed the restaurants that we went to. The Manhattan beach area is very nice. I found having a car the best way to get around. I would definitely avoid the Comfort Inn.

They need to clean the room and not be so short and unprofessional with customers. They promised to send towels to the room never received them had to chase the housekeeping cart down to even take a shower will never go to that one again

No breakfast- we changed hotels as we thought they had at this location. We have stayed at other locations with great service, great parking and hot meals included. Here you don’t get any of this. Will not stay here again not worth the price. Very disappointing…..

Large party going on when I arrived.
Large party going on when I arrived. Lots of people coming and going. Basic room 4th level end of hall. People milling around the property and running up and down the halls all night. Did not feel safe. Bathroom needs work done molded ceiling.
13 hour stopover at airport, so stayed at hotel overnight. Smelt odd when entered room, at front of building, but was big, spotless & same with bathroom. Good idea to have basin outside bathroom. Decor is more European, but nice. Staff pleasant. Didn't eat there as restaurant looked like private party, not much around outside, but we didn't starve for one night. Had breakfast in business lounge at airport. Both times arranged taxi to airport, as only have shuttle bus to the beach.
1. The free breakfast and free parking were much appreciated, especially after staying at a Disney hotel.
2. The housekeeping staff tidied up the room each day (i.e., refreshed towels, emptied trash cans, made the beds), even though the card in the room says they would only clean the room every 5 days.
3. The body wash and shampoo/conditioner were good quality, so I didn't have to use my own.
Staff were welcoming and friendly. So grateful to check in early, the gentleman set us up straight away as soon as we asked if our luggage could be stowed and they did that for us the following day. We were late back from downtown LA and had to rush for flight. Staff were so quick and efficient. Missed breakfast that morning and got redirected to a lovely Café nearby 😊
We just needed a quick last minute stay before flying home the next morning. It was hard to take paying $128 (total) for only 10 hours, but it WAS one of the cheapest rates near LAX. The bed was SO comfy! The TV was BIG! The soap and shampoo dispensers were a great idea vs. little bottles (less waste). We will definitely choose this hotel again if needed in a pinch.
Room was very clean and plenty of space. Great bang for your buck. The first night the upstairs neighbors were loud and stopping around until almost midnight. The next morning we let the hotel know and they moved us rooms right away for the second night's stay and we had no issues.
This hotel has everything you need. A swimming pool, training facilities and a good breakfast. The rooms feels spacious and clean. You have grocery stores and restaurants in proximity to the hotel. Manhattan beach is just a short car ride away. Would recommend this hotel!
Nice breakfast, spacious rooms and nice and clean. Good location in a safe area. Hawthorne was a nice district, conveniently close to LAX. Beds were comfortable and aside from some noise from the room above, it was quiet.
I am in total disbelief at how I was treated at this Hotel. There is nothing good I can say about my stay. There was nothing I liked about it....It was all bad. I will never stay at this Hotel again, Ever!
It is really a value to quality option. Simple, clean, No any smells, parking available, wifi is ok, friendly receptionist. Everything is good. Near to car rentals and LAX airport.
The parking garage was gated which was definitely a plus and worth paying $10/day for. The entrance and check in area was clean and set the bar for the rest of the hotel.
