I don't know why I would have stayed in Harrisonburg except that it was just the right distance from my home inCanada. Driving up to Winchester would have taken another hour. Great pizzeria about 5 minutes driving from hotel. Little Italy Pizzeria was amazing.

One of the most beautiful places I have ever seen I did not have time to explore much as we were there to Tour JMU for my son but from what I could see there was plenty of dinning and stores ! And man the view of the mountains was stunning.

Beautiful laid back location! Gorgeous views! Neat shops and a great variety of food options! Loved the Shenandoah Valley Flea Market. Lots of handmade crafts and candy, a great toy shop & lots antiques! Bonus was it has a grill to eat at with lots of seating. Highly recommend going A+

Harrisonburg is a nice college town.
Harrisonburg is a nice college town. Very clean, beautiful surroundings with the mountains in the background. Plenty to do and see but not too huge or congested, it was pretty easy to get around even during graduation. Plenty of good restaurants as well.

I have stayed at all the hotels in the four corners of that area and this one was the best one so far. I would definitely stay here again. Easy on/easy off the highway. Cracker Barrel and Dunkin Donuts across the street and a Diner next door. Very easy to get around. It's a college town. JMU is the next exit up. Many places to dine.

Exceptionally clean. New motel. Very pleasant staff. Comfortable beds. Very clean room. Great breakfast serving eggs as sausage plus the standard cereal, yogurt, waffles, pancakes, juice, coffee, toast. Easy on/ off to I 81
The hotel was conveniently located right off I-81. Due to a last-minute booking in person, the room we booked was no longer available, so an upgrade was provided at no extra charge.
Coffee in the lobby started brewing at 4am and hot breakfast served starting at 6am.
The pool hours were the best I've encountered and were from 6am-12 midnight.
I would love to stay here again.
I had a great stay at the Hyatt hotel. The inside was very sleek and modern. My fiance and I slept in so we didn’t get to experience the breakfast but from what I’ve heard, it was pretty good. The shower was nice and hot but the pressure could’ve been a little better. Overall it was nice and I would stay here again.
Stayed with our two sons and our pet dog for two days while moving them back to college at JMU. Staff were very friendly. We appreciated the fact the hotel was pet friendly, had a kitchen, plenty of parking and wasn't far from the university, stores and restaurants. The bonus was their excellent free coffee 24/7.
Nothing we ended up canceling our reservation beacause they didn't have enough cleaning staff so the rooms were not ready and it eas already 7pm . I had called twice before we arrive and the person at the desk led me to believe our romms would be ready by 330. Will never stay at this hotel ever!
Property looks recently upgraded. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and TV had ample channel selection. Also free WiFi and a limited but nice continental breakfast included. A good value at half the price of what other hotels charge during game day weekends.
Fairly standard hotel room, perfectly acceptable for a single overnight stay. Good to have complimentary laundry and gym for those of us on a roadtrip. Dinner in Monty’s restaurant in the hotel was surprisingly good.
We were traveling and liked how this hotel was "ok" in price and right off the highway, super convenient. Staff was super friendly! Lots of stores and restaurants are close by if you needed to walk.
I liked the friendly staff that was patient with me not understanding how morning exchanges go lol. I also liked decor and how nicely the room was set up.
